Yes, The check in people were really rude. I had already prepaid. Then charge me $157 twice + $25. So, that put me in a bad mood right away. That put over $300 on hold on my account. I didn't like that.

This hotel has no security cameras outside or around the hotel for guest protection. Our vehicle was broken into and no way to see who might have done it.

Staff, untrained low to no engagement with customers. The rug were super dirty, and walking in the room with socks on, our white socks were super dirty.

Staff was very friendly. Any time we needed anything extra, or had any questions, staff was very helpful! Place was clean and felt safe for our family. Will definitely be returning.

Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was really quiet especially since it allows pets. Breakfast had a good variety fruit, yogurt, waffles including some already made hot biscuit, omelette type items.

Attention to tiny details would bring this hotel to a 10 out of 10 scale. Bathroom sink was slow to drain. Cracks and caulking repair around shower area would be helpful.

Ac unit stopped working in the king bedroom area. There was no shower Gel in the bathroom to use

The staff were wonderful. They helped to get me into a handicap room for my mom. I appreciated that they worked with me. It made our stay much more pleasant. Dog friendly is so nice when traveling.

Location was good. The room had a fowl odor, I went to the desk to complain and the gentleman gave me a spray to use which only helped a bit. The sheets smelled like they had been washed in water only and No soap- musty. The bed was horrible and hurt
