Staff was rude and will never syst her again...I have cancer and had to climb stairs did not trek is before hand elevator was broke

DIRTY, NO SMOKE DETECTOR IN ROOM, ELEVATOR DID NOT WORK

EVERYTHING! METAL BED MADE NOISE EVERYTIME YOU GOT UP AND BACK IN BED. VERY DIRTY BATH TUB. THE CARPETING IN THE HALL AND STAIRWAY WAS FILTHY, TOWELS WERE STAINED. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

elevator not working,NO hand soap, shower gel, shampoo or conditioner in the room, no irons or ironing boards,metal bed frame squeaks everytime you turn. The sheets were DISGUSTING!!! The sheets had yellow STAINS on comforter and makeup on pillows

Nothing was dirty as soon as I walked in. I asked for my money back

It was just dirty. Dirty sheets and pillows. Restroom was half cleaned. Hallway and elevator dirty.

I did have a reservation for 4 days, but my fly delay at next day, the person attend it was very bad actitud. Poor

The owner is extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. The room had stains all over the floor, the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag, toilet had black mold on it, hot tub and lobby bathrooms were ¿out of order¿, the breakfast is a cookie..

Worst hotel ever.

No breakfast at all. Room looks dirty. Bedding looks dirty. The tub is stock. The room has bad smell. Noise hotel. Never come back.

Noise level from the freeway was zero. The hotel was nice and quite.

The hotel had roaches crawling in the bed and I was refused my money back it's in a bad neighborhood and last they advertise breakfast and don't have it and they only had one size towels just a terrible experience.Did not provide anything advertised.

THE STAFF WAS BEYOND RUDE. THEY COULD NOT GIVE ACCURATE DIRECTIONS AND TREATED MY FAMILY LIKE DIRT. WHEN WE ASKED TO WRITE A COMPLAINT THEY SAID NO AND TOLD US TO LEAVE. THEY EVEN MADE CHILDREN CRY THEY WERE SO RUDE! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

The air conditioner blew some very cold air.

hand towels were dirty, and the carpet had spilled spots that hadn't been cleaned up. Parking availability sucks!

Staff was super nice and helpful. Good breakfast. Pool was small but the family still loved the time there

The elevator made some noises that did not make me feel totally safe.

For the price it's a good value. Clean room, quiet, good location, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. I'd stay there again.

AC unit was leaking so the carpet around it was wet. It wasn't bothersome enough to ask that we change rooms though. AC still worked; we just avoided the area. Also,our room smelled fine but the were some "interesting" smells in other places of hotel...

The hotel was exactly in the area that we needed it to be. The name had recently changed, so a little confusing, and entrance was not well defined, but the place was comfortable, and that is what counts.

The apperance as i walked inside was welcoming and very clean. O0en space, eating area and great staff. Maids ke0t assur8ng our rooms were ok. We booked 4 rooms and all were very pleasing. Room service was lovely - no misisng items. Food was awrsome.

I hated the fact we had to leave. Lol We will return.

We arrived a little earlier then check in, the staff was very friendly and invited us to wait in the lobby. I couldn't believe how spacious the room was! Would definitely stay here again

The people upstairs were super loud. You can hear everyhing
