The room size and kitchen.

There was no 24/7 coffee/tea service as indicated as an amenity. No hot water and no non-caffeine teas available.

Staff was so nice and Accommodating, Location was PERFECT! Hotel was By everything..quick drive to Sea World and Breakfast was amazing every morning! We had a wonderful experience the kids also really loved the indoor pool!

Need more whip cream for waffles in the morning.…🥰 that’s about it!

It had a sleeper sofa, which was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 3 kids.

The breakfast was the same everyday when at other Home2 suites i?ve stayed at the breakfast was different. The fire alarm kept going off which was also inconvenient.

The space to fit my family of 6, 4 kids.

There were many things broken in the room. The strip that goes around the table was broken off and hanging. The seal on the refrigerator was also broken and hanging off.

The sofa bed had stains of make up, hairs and what seamed to be clipped nail pieces.

The room was like an apartment the only one thing missing was the stove. With 2 small childrens that dont like to eat outside that will be a jackpot!

The room was a good size with lots of storage space.

Our shower door wouldn¿t stay closed. The bathroom floor wasn¿t clean. Appliances had spots on them. Breakfast was picked over and didn¿t have many choices. Both warming trays were empty. There was no milk. Only English muffins, bread and four yogurts.

I had reserved a suite with 2 queens and a pullout, I got one king and a pullout. I was told the type of room is not confirmed when booking through a third party .

Front desk guy was awesome, told me about local places we can go, breakfast staff are all awesome and sweet. staff got me things I needed such as plunger, dust pan, broom, towels, laundry bags - no problem. Second time staying here. Will stay again.

When I arrived there they did not have the room I had paid for!

I liked the name and I thought it stands out quality. Not really.

The room was not vacuumed and you could see dirt on the floor. The walls in the bathroom were splashed with something, and nobody cared to wipe out. Our bed sheets and pillow cases had hair on them. Asked for new blanket.. never got it. Not recommend.

Room was nice size and beds were comfortable.

Fridge and front of dishwasher needed a good cleaning. Never noticed until the next morning when I was going to take a shower that we only had one washcloth. No vending machines, a small candy bar should not cost $2.12 and a 16 oz bottle of pop $3.

It was close to the military school

Not clean things need to be refill body wash toilet paper not enough towels for 4 people empty pockets off tea bags mix with coffee bags

The cleanliness of the rooms

The staff when I checked in was not very nice and helpful when I did not h understand the ¿incidentals¿ hold, she kept repeating its for incidentals.

The over all expectations where met.

The fact you had to set a reservation for the pool only 6 people could use it and it could only be used for 30 minutes
