Clean , friendly and convenient

The bed was really uncomfortable

Staffs are very friendly and very clean

They need to ease up on the chlorine and maybe complimentary water in the fridge

Location and this time breakfast was good. I stayed two weekend in a row and the first weekend was not so good the second it was good.

Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms, great location and proximity to Sea World! Good breakfast selection, and quality hotel coffee.

Rooms are a little small, but has everything you need and super clean.

There was hot breakfast. Clean room and bathroom. Close proximity to sea world and quite a few eateries.

No insulation from noise - constant thudding of footsteps from upstairs due to wood/tile flooring. Walls are wafer thin. Rooms seem extremely small and barely fit a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids).

When I arrived no soap in the dispensary. Crumbs at the food particles at the front door. Needed extra towels did not bring them to the room like they said. I usually have great service from Tru Hilton but this time I was not pleased.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, they were very welcoming to my dogs and the decor was gorgeous.

There was no microwave in the room. This is the only thing I didn¿t like. There was on in the common area of the lobby but we were on the second floor so it wasn¿t super convenient.

My television didn't have signal the second night and no one ever came to repair it

The location was good and the maintenance staff was personable. The room was adequate size, had everything needed, was clean and had good lighting.

With it being 2 hotels in 1, the clerk seemed a little flustered to find my reservation. However, he got me situated.

The bed was HORRIBLE. It was hard like the piece of wood the 6in mattress sat on. I will not go back to this hotel because of the bed - or lack thereof.

The staff was rude, shut down breakfast as we were trying to get food. Refused to make more food even though there were still time left.

Staff would not clean our room. Mold under the soap dispensers in the shower. Shower leaked water everywhere when turned on. Called and asked them to come and change and clean them they only gave us the soap to install ourselves. Had to take out own trash

Gotta love a nice clean hotel and is very well decorated. The bed and pillows were good as well. We will stay here again.

Location is great and parking great.

No microwave in rooms just in the main lobby. Beds not that comfortable for it being part of the Hilton family.

Cleanliness and how well the hotel was taken care of. I know the hotel is less than a year old but still very nice place.

The pool was indoor but not heated. Not sure if it was broken or we didn't know how to turn it on or if it wasn't even an option.
