Worst room coffee ever at a Marriott. No complimentary coffee in lobby, not typical of Courtyards we've stayed at.

The bed was HARD...no comfot at all. Hotel hosted youth soccer team...loud running in the hallway all evening and early morning.. could not use pool...over run with unsupervised kids. Definitely would try a different hotel 1st on our next trip.

Size of the room and the bed. The staff was available at the front desk and always greeted you.

There was only one working elevator and having to wait (we were on the fourth floor). We also had an issue with our television and had to go downstairs to get someone. The ice machine on our floor was also broken.

It was clean, staff was nice, the room had black out curtains.

The pool looked gross, the "restaurant" was only open in the morning, only one working elevator.

The pool was closed for some kind of remodeling or updates. That was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, the indoor pool. In your question about what type of trip is this, you don't list family with adult children

The staff was amazing and extreamly helpful at every turn during the severe winter storm we suffered thru.

TV in the room 1st room did'nt work, I had to change rooms. The 2nd room had a pipe bust and the room completely flooded and had to move to the lobby for about 1 hour waiting for a third room. No power, no heat, no water, no toilets, due to the storm.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Quiet. Great neighborhood with lots of food and fun nearby. Ten minutes to Fiesta Texas.

Friendly warning: Pool and gym are closed, BUT they have an agreement w/ Lifetime Fitness across the street. For $6/day you can use their facilities. Bar also closed. Not sure about breakfast. Housekeeping not daily, but you can call for extra towels.

Smoke detector was dysfunctional in the room, making noises, so we ended up having to switch room in the middle of the night(12am). Staff was friendly and helped make the process easy.

Room amenities, i.e. free internet in hotel room, microwave and small fridge in room.

There is no water heater in the swimming pool and no TV channel in the fitness room.

We liked the bed, the pillows because they were so comfortable.

The pool area was a bit small.

Clean room with cold A/C. Comfortable mattress. Non smoking hotel.

All pillows were down or synthetic down stuffing. Had a headache the next day for hours. was the only reason i had a restless night .
