Hampton Inn & Suites San Antonio-Airport

Very clean room, great breakfast, reasonable price.

Location was a bit far from where we were going but I got it because of the other great things mentiined above.

I alike that it was clean.

We only received 2 queen beds. We didn¿t get a pull-out couch for the third person. There was no microwave and no refrigerator in room.

The ac/heater didn¿t work. 66 in the room for 2.5 days. I called the front desk, didn¿t send maintenance to repair. 3 children and I came home sick.

Too crowded. Too noisy could not sleep. It was awful awful.

Hallway carpet stains or dirty

They were quick to help and their shuttle service drivers were fantastic!

I wish they had a pop and water machine on each floor and wished they would upgrade the outsider doors too used with the app instead of having to get an actual keycard.

Room was in the aisle at the end, so tons of nice from other doors and staircase

The room was very spacious for our large family.

Staff was not very friendly and bathroom had mold around the shower.

Hotel was in a good location. Staff was nice.

The hotel was underwhelming and dated for the cost. Half of the outlets in the room did not work, the breakfast was well below expectations. I understand being safe but other hotels still offer HOT breakfast. Plus no hot tub.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Linens were clean and fresh.

The hotel was in a good radius to where we wanted to go.

The front desk lady who was older with a spain accent needs more help in customer service. She was not very friendly and didn't seem to like her job.She didn't have very much patients. The younger girls in the front desk were very nice.TY young girls.

Clean hotel room... Good comfortable bed... large TV... nice sitting area in room. My room didn't have any hand towels or face towels. I had to wait while they were doing laundry for some.

This was a pricey hotel room over $---. I was surprised to find out that my room didn't have a microwave or a mini fridge. Those are standard in lower priced hotels. I was told by the front desk that this was an older hotel that's why it isn't standard.

The room smelled musty when we walked in. The pillows were horrible! The warm blanket in the closet that I wanted to use had a 12 inch diameter circular stain -dry coffee stain?? We didn’t use it and the comforter was NOT what I wanted on me all night.

Not clean the rooms for the covi, We have to call for paper toilet for talls Phone line at room not working

It was in a safe location and the doors were secure and locked at night

It was dirty. There was mold in the shower and throughout the bathroom. There were tools left behind on the bathroom floor. There was blood on the light switch. There was different color paints splatches on the wall. Paint was peeling off the walls.

Staff was friendly. the location was close to shopping and places to eat with easy access to interstate.

I booked a Jr suite and the door wouldn't open. we were given 2 rooms and told not to unpack and can move into the suite once door is fixed by the night crew. the morning crew wasn't aware of this and literally told us to stay in the room where we were.
