Hotel was clean and when I asked for more towels they helped. It was quite and calm. Breakfast was great

Decent location

The towels had stains. Found blood stains on white bedspread. Bathroom smelled awful. Had body hair around toilet. Stains on carpet. Needs updating.

Loved that there was an indoor pool and hot tub. The man at the front desk was also very nice and helpful.

Loved the pool just wish they kept up with the towels.

Breakfast decent

Air conditioning not consistent, elevator broke while we were in it, bathtub not clean (hair in it), maid service was poor (didn’t make sofa bed most nights, took soap without replacing it, forgot to go give us more towels, but took dirty towels.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was really good, the hot tub was relaxing an my kids loves the pool.

The staff up front were courteous.

There were bedbugs all under the mattress and crawling on the white sheets. My son yelled out as he was laying on the bed. Had to switch rooms middle of night.

Very quiet and comfortable. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe.

Concierge belligerent in interrogating people as to whether they should be allowed in the hotel despite them having a room key.

The breakfast buffet, it was good and fulfilling. But since we stayed there for 3 nights, i wish there was a little more variation to the food choices. Like schedule certain days to have this food served rather than serve it everyday. Room size is good!

The room was a little old. The carpets need to be washed. There were atains in ours. Microwave wasnt clean enough. And our room smelled weird. Like a damp rug or a wet sock or sweat. We set the fan on full blast and put opened an air freshner which helped

I came into town for a conference. The location was perfect for my needs. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the daily breakfast each morning also.

The TV remote is not so great. It was hard to understand how to use it.

Unfortunately, I had the worst experience at this hotel. Honestly, never have issues with hotels I book. When I first arrived at 8pm 8/18, there were no shampoo, conditioner, body wash or even towels. I had my daughter so it was inconvenient to go all the

My room was better than I expected. Super clean, spacious, and staff was very helpful.

Very friendly staff! Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and clean. The hotel is remodeling.

We were disappointed with the breakfast, they ran out of juice, sausage and fruit. There were never towels at the pool the 3 times we were there. Room cleaning is not done daily and we had to bring down our towels to get clean bathroom towels.

Very nice and room I stayed in was clean. Staff were really friendly. Pool area was okay. For the price compared to other hotels it was surprisedly good.

Breakfast was out of things like yogurt and the sausage was floating in water made it taste strange. It was over priced for what hotel was. We had to change rooms because our air conditioner quit working.

Air conditioning was out in breakfast area. Hotel room dirty and tv did not work and phone did not work.

Breakfast was a plus. Having the pull out sofa was great.

It needs a good deep cleaning

We like that the beds were seperate from the living room.

I did not like that our room was only cleaned every 3 days. We ran out of towels and really could have used the trash taken out.

Construction taking place in room next door, noise and dust. Could not check in at 3 pm. Breakfast bar poorly designed, so if family came in rest of patrons had to wait until they finished.
