How accessible the staff and the location is

One of the elevators is down but was a minor inconvenience

It¿s very clean and friendly and food was good.

The room was comfortable and clean.

The door key stopped working and they didn't know how to replace or fix the key.

It was very clean and everyone was friendly and convenient location for me.

All of the Staff was friendly and helpful. And the Bar was to have.

The food!! Those powdered eggs are a staple but they need to stop being the norm.

They charged me the 50$ damage fee twice when I checked in and said oh it happens sometimes! I told them when will it get back to my account they didn’t know. I told them if it doesn’t go back I will be calling until I get it resolved. I

Clean

Some things already run down and not even a year old. Temperature in room not really responding to thermostat.

Newer hotel so everything smelled like fresh paint which is always nice. Environment was clean and people were friendly.

Sheets had black short hairs on them and neither of us match that description. We assumed they were washed sheets as they smelled clean so we ran a lint roller over the sheets and called it good.

Cleanliness

The sliding bathroom door made it impossible to have privacy because of the cracks on each side of the door. That type of door is nice for a closet but not a BATHROOM.

Breakfast , there was plenty to choose from.

This property is in the middle of a major highway project and could only be accessed by a one way frontage road. I thought it was priced too high compared to other LaQuinta hotels in the area and that the road construction made it more difficult to access.

Location, staff was nice

Our bedsheets sheets had yellow stains all over them. The towels were also yellowish looking just nasty.

Pool. Location to Morgan’s wonderland.

Mattress not good. Phone not working. Didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood.

The pool area was huge! The downstairs area was very nice and clean. Check is process was very easy and FAST, no haggling, it was great. We got a little bit bigger of a room, so the couch addition was nice. Also, the a/c was controlled by a thermostat on the wall. Very convenient.

The pool wasn't clean, the water was a little murky. There weren't any pool towels outside readily available for use. Whatever the mattress was on was some sort of platform... it looked nice but the mattress kept slipping off. My children kept knocking their knees on it!
