Roach, unclean, old, tv in livingroom did not work, doors were filthy throughout the hotel. We could not stay the second night it was so gross. We lost our money, but chose to go to a different hotel.

I really liked the layout of the two bedroom suite. It gave us the needed privacy and the square footage we needed to navigate our stay. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Room was fairly clean.

Just needs to be returned to its original quality. Furniture and carpets are simply worn out. No hot water in one of the showers. Some closet doors don?t slide correctly, some doors don?t latch. A bird visited our fireplace and we needed to change rooms.

The only one I liked is that the staff is nice.

Overall the hotel is not clean. I found several bugs in the bed. I have photographs of it. Also I am not sure if the room is cleaned before we were let in. Found shoes laying out of the previous guests. Breakfast is really bad.

Great staff and comfortable room. The kid's enjoyed the breakfast.

My work was broken into. They do have security but this happened on one the freezing nights we had recently kin San Antonio.

Great price in a good area of town.

You had incidentals for every day you stayed. First Marriott I have ever stayed that did this . Everywhere else is a one time charge $29. Not $20 per day!

It needs professional deep cleaning in the room bathtub and toilet.

Very disappointed that the pool was closed and we had booked for the pool.The manager refunded one night but not the other, so we had to stay one night.

We didn't have hot water the entire time we were there. Restroom had mold growing on ceiling. Breakfast area was understaffed. Only had one person trying to serve multiple people especially during the weekend.

Went there to get sleep heck out is at noon.by 9am staff is knocking on my door. Of course I'm asleep didn't answer they just walk in. Decided to get breakfast then go back to sleep 2 other staff members knocked each time I didn't answer they just walk i

After 3 staff members walking in I gave up on sleep YET ANOTHER PERSON KNOCKED WALKED IN NOW IM GETTING OUT OF THE SHOWER!!! Spoke to manager on my way out who said next time I'll tell staff not to knock so early NOTHING ELSE!!RIDICULOUS SERIOUSLY WASTE

Great Room. Spacious, with excellent kitchenette. Very comfortable bed. Like an apartment away from home.

Few aesthetic issues. Peeling wallpaper in hallways. Toilet needs mineral stain remover. Bathroom looked white and clean, but with ugly brown color in bowl.

They lied about the everything!!! It said free breakfast and woke up to a closed breakfast area, and the pool said open on the website and the guy at the front desk said it was closed due to foundation problems!!

Worst Marriott brand hotel I've ever stayed in. Pool and hot tub absolutely disgusting. Leaves everywhere, algae growing, not heated as advertised. Horrible. Cigarette butts everywhere. Ice machine busted. No nightly snacks/drinks breakfast as advertise

I liked the amenities that the room had like the small extras including silverware, cookware, toiletries,etc.

Absolutely everything was more than I could have hoped for; the room itself was perfect, well equipped and immaculately clean. The staff were helpful, informative and efficient.

Welll we arrived after three pm for check in. And the front staff said there would be a wait and wasn¿t sure how long of a wait it would be. It was upsetting on arrival. I will say Adam gets a A plus he was incredible nice when I called to ask a question

Should have been cleaner. Stains on the walls and hair in bathroom. Guy at front desk is weird and annoying and never at front desk area. Not sure if returning there again. Hotel has gotten worse.

I like the price and location.

The sheets were not changed, they were completely filthy and nothing was done to rectify situation. The front desk attendant is rearly up front.

There is a fully functional kitchen with all tools needed.

Staff is rude/unfriendly and I’ve had to wait a very long time to get checked in all 3 times I’ve stayed here. Broken glass in hallway, I cut myself 1st time I there and saw glass 2nd and 3rd time still in the floor. Ice machine & shower does not wor
