- Clean, smoke-free environment; elevator in running condition; no disturbing sounds from other rooms or in the hall.
- Clean room having more than granola bars to have for breakfast

Cons -
- The pool was not open. It was a indoor pool. They were very nice at the desk. The IHOP next to them needs to be reported to the franchise. It was terribke
- The two things I did not like could not have been helped by the manager. One, helicopter maneuvers that vibrated the floor and made a great noise. Two, the motel caught on fire and we had to leave instead of staying our full time¿and no reimbursement.
