    • Staff
    • My departure
    • Breakfast was great, staff were very helpful

    Cons -

    • Poor lighting. Location was bad due to adjacent roof top nightclub playing music extremely loud. A yappy dog was allowed in a room close to ours.
    • Thermostat was locked on 65• all night was freeezing in the room. The staff was unfriendly and dismissive. Hotel employee was great she was the only friendly person working in the hotel.
    • Rooms that are facing the street could hear everything happening, i was able to hear people's conversations maybe a double glasses windows could prevent it from happening. Its more expensive but it would be worth it! Also, no privacy for the bathroom

Price was good while still being fairly close to the Riverwalk,

Parking was $30/night. There was no designated hotel parking, we were given a paper to place on our dash in public parking. Ice machine was broken.

They started construction at 4 am!!!!! Also, it said free breakfast when I booked but when I got there, it was 10 dollars a plate.

    Downtown

You have to pay $36.00 extra a day to park at this hotel. The hallways are very hot, no ac in them. The pool is very small, more the size of a jacuzzi.

    1WhitleyPosted on: 5-28-2024

    The staff was friendly

The bathroom and main area are the same size. $40 to park on hotel lot-insecure lot!The elevator is literally only enough room for two people. Breakfast was $10 per person. Should have been free considering how crappy the hotel is.

    Location

Musty . Smelly hallways.. overpriced parking. The guy was a little rude but the Mexican girl was really nice or would have been a zero on service

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-17-2024

    The smell, thats all.

No indoor pool, when it states it has one, an if I wanted to use it I had to pay for heat to be turned on. Parking is $40 bucks! Service is terrible.

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-20-2023

The location was excellent and walking distance to the river walk

No valet, the hotel doesnt have a parking lot! I had to pay $120 to park in the Alamo parking lot, the elevator was extremely small, the room was extremely small, the indoor pool wasnt useable due to the room not being heated

    Cheap. Coffee bar

    Very small room.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-15-2023

The location was within walking distance from the Riverwalk.

The room was small but bearable. The shower had hair in it and a pink film. The elevators were tiny. I had to wait for another elevator car, because the first one already had three people in it and I had my luggage with me and didn't want to be cramped.

    Nice place

Got there, desk guy said he gave our room, which we already paid for, to someone else, gave us a leftover tiny room¿ Then, supposed to have parking¿ he said ok then let me take care of these people first, and said gave them last parking spot¿ Is this ok

    4ShanettePosted on: 10-25-2023

They did not have guest parking so I had to pay 40 to park overnight and the room was too small no space

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-10-2023

Clerk said we don¿t have any reservations for you. He was joking. I didn¿t see the humor. Valet service was too complicated. Never stay at this hotel adai

    8StevenPosted on: 10-7-2023

Very nice and clean a bit smaller than other rooms but we loved our stay

The parking sucks the only parking available is valet it¿s 36.00 plus tax you can find somewhere else to park but they also charge all around this area you won¿t find any free parking a real bummer if your gona stay more than a night I¿d find another spot

    1MarcusPosted on: 10-4-2023

Crickets in the tub and restroom area. Only valet parking. Very inconvenient Carpet smelled like throw up horrible experience

    Very misleading

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-26-2023

    Comfortable bed

Location, valet charge, noisy hallways, someone walked in our room, bathroom door wouldn¿t stay shut, room didn¿t stay cool (It¿s San Antonio).

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-24-2023

Location to Riverwalk and modern decor.

Having to pay $40 for valet parking. No on-site available.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-22-2023

    Conplimentary breakfast.

Room was TINY. Bed was noisey when you just sat on it, let alone anything else. Staff lied to our faces about parking to get more money out of us¿ street parking is free 8p-6a. You do NOT HAVE TO do valet. BUMS on the street told us that.
