Pros +

Hotel employee at the front desk was nice, the room was clean. Location was good.

Cons -

They failed to get extra pillows for my room. The third time I had to ask I waited and took them myself. The a/c front fell off. No phone to call front desk. The worst part was NO HOT WATER for our entire stay. I shower daily! Worst stay ever!
