The shower head had good water pressure.

The king bed room looked nothing like the picture. The bed was a thin mattress. No coffee maker, No plastic cups (used our hands to brush our teeth). The bath room had a rusty towel rack. The 2 towels were short. The shower had a ripped up floor.

The ONLY thing I liked was the cheap rate... but there's a good reason it's so cheap lol

The walls were so dirty!! The floor was DISGUSTING.The sheets had stains,burn marks & holes in them (gross) I saw at least 4 cockroaches. Be careful if you fart wrong they'll keep your deposit!! I contacted the health dept. THE PICTURES THEY USE ARE LIE

The location was okay and off the freeway so easy to get around

I was unaware there was a $60 cash deposit per room, there was no breakfast, the carpet was stained and ripped, paint was chipped off the walls, staff said pool was open and they never opened it. Check out is 11 not 12 charged for every minute after 11.

The customer service agent at my check-out was not friendly. The booking document I had showed that the check-out is 12:00pm. He came and hit the door at 11:30 am yelling at me.

It was away from others and peaceful with no interruptions from others.. Also to that it had security guard at night to secure the premises n guests..evening n night crew were very helpful n friendly.id return if they continue to be around

Housekeeping supervisor was rude and the rest of the housekeeping staff just couldn't seem to come back with the things I would request such as essentials, Especially when it came down. To asking for the vacuum or if they could vaccum my room n never show

The staff was really nice

The room was dirty, there were no toiletries, no trash cans, there were stains on the floor. The phone did not work, there was no remote control for the TV, the walls looked damaged, and there were tiny animals in the room.

The location was in the best area for where I planned to be at the most while visiting San Antonio.

The hotel could have been cleaner and I wished the wifi was available to me during my stay.

No towels. Unclean carpet. No towels available to guest. No soaps. Different colored light bulbs. Horrible sheetrock work in the room. Peeling paint.

Nothing at all, except was very nice to me on the phone half way thru trip I explain to him we were coming from Ohio 19 hrs coming to a family funeral which I had booked 7/29/22, Lindel said he would leave a note for us to check in early

the man was rude,did not greet us first off, told us to read, 30amthe policy first. I told him  left a note for us to check in by 3:30am before 5:30am, he agree he saw note, said we can't chk in until 3:30pm, we look at rooms, saw roaches bed stain.

Pictures were a lie. Pool was closed. No breakfast. So rooms looked like the windows were broken. I was scared to even be in the area. I am requesting my money back. When we got there the doors were locked, the staff doesn¿t even trust the surroundings.

The picture lied, room were horrible, pool looked like it had back mold init. I wouldn't recommend this pace to anyone. And if you does like you can get your money back after booking it

It was close to destination

It was filthy and had bugs. The carpet was dirty and stained. The room I had WAS NOT the room shown on the website. The door lock was also broken. There was also no form of breakfast.

The desk people were very nice. The hotel was close to where we needed to be.

The picture of this hotel must be thirty years old. It is very shabby. Lamps were broken, furniture too wobbly to use. The carpet and walls were dingy, stained, threadbare and/or cracked. Internet was a joke. A used needle was in the stairway.

Not staying

Everything. Front desk clerk, room smell, raggedy, lights flickering

the pictures on your site do not represent what the hotel really is. It was very unsanitary, the bedding all had cigarette burns, carpets were filthy, extremely dirty, big stains. The room itself smelled very bad. it was terribly disgusting.

Nothing!

This was the worst hotel; they were thieves; I arrived at the hotel, they didn't have rooms available. The receptionist told me I hadn't paid and the only option was to stay in a disgusting smoking room. I refused to stay there but was still charged me.
