Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk

Location was great

Room was not as clean as it should have been the cost for valet was ridiculous and they charged extra because I need to stay until 4 for my daughter's dance convention being held at the hotel. They also only allowed one hour for late checkout, sadly.

It is an ok hotel. They charge $25 for destination. What a joke. That is why people stay at that hotel but it is ridiculously expensive. $47 for parking give me a break. They think the hotel is located in the french riviera.

Cost. Too many add on costs

1. $45 self parking 2. Additional $25 per night fees that were unexpected and 3. Construction that was not expected in lobby.

The pillows were tiny and uncomfortable. The bed was rather lumpy as well.

Spent the night before in San Antonio Grand Hyatt River Walk. It was the same price. this place was way over priced!!!!!!

Old run down!! not even close to being worth what they charge!!! I booked a room 7.8/10 $---.00, they added $99.33 in hotel fees and tax. tax was $14.04, the rest was all a rip-off!!!! the room was run down, old,and out dated. the staff did there best.

Hotel allows dogs, room next to mine had dogs and were barking a lot. The hotel should keep guests without pets should be on different floors. It was a real inconvenience when they start to bark in the middle of the night.

I called the front desk 3 times to get more towels.

The bed was sunken in the center and the pillows were flat

Very clean and comfortable. Close to just about everything downtown.

Would have been nice to have free parking or at least discounted parking.

It was located close to all the activities I wanted to attend.

Overall price. The parking was expensive.

Love this hotel! The location/conditon are great.

We booked 2 rooms for my family, but they allocate a far away rooms. There are so many rooms in one floor and my parent's room was far away from the elevator.

Food was overpriced and parking cost was outrageous.

The location was definitely the best part of this hotel

I feel mislead that this is was considered a 4 star hotel. My room was comparable to an embassy suites without there free breakfast. I can¿t stress enough that the rooms do not represent the star rating. It was clean however.

Easy check-in and valet parking

I didn't like that there were not Smart TVs. You had to connect to the TVs with your phone. My phone would not connect to the Wifi for some reason so I was not able to use Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Room was clean, average room, bed was ok, large tv, mostly generic, food quality was normal hotel food, very little service

Hotel decor was bland from the lobby to the room. Rooms were small and everything was white in room. My impression was that this hotel was built to to hold a large quantity of people with no real thought to providing a 4 star experience.
