I was there for a hour and left. Most disgusting room.

The only good thing was the staff

We had to leave the hotel 1 day before because of roaches.

The deadbolt didn't work, slide lock was broken, killed one roach in the kitchen and found one dead in the fridge. Bed was somewhat comfortable but other than two chairs and a table there is nowhere to sit if someone visits except the bed. There's more...

I was woken up at 2 am with room service saying I ordered towels. I never ordered towels. It was someone from hotel plus another white bald man wearing a white t shirt and jeans

In the middle of the night. We ended up sleeping in a Walmart shopping center. That experience was the scariest of my life and they refused to give me my whole refund for money back. I felt like my life was in jeopardy. No room service should knock at 2am

The only good part was the friendliness of the staff.

The rooms door had a metal sticking out. The room smelled like cigarette and I got a non smoking room. The sheets were dirty. The bathroom had pubic hairs in it. Nothing was nice and I had my 2 little girls with me!

This establishment is the absolute worst! General manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. He allows his staff to  harass and threatened the lives and well being of the guest.  thee night attendant stays on property and abuses his wife

Everything, it’s dirty, disgusting, smelled, we had a cockroach crawl across the bathroom floor.

•That is near the Air Force Base. •The staff is friendly. •Room were clean.

* The loudness from the pool side. * I moved to 3 different rooms but other than that everything was good. The staff was helpful with moving us. Since I was pregnant at the time.

The room was not comforting at all. It had a dingy smell. The floors was dirty. The bathroom was to small and the tub looked old with the paint peeling off. Definitely not a 2 star hotel room.

Tv picture has lines through it. The bathroom did did not close properly.

It was close to Lackland AFB which was what I needed. There were clean sheets and towels.

Horrible experience! Will never stay there again! The room smelled horrible like stale cigarettes and it was supposedly a non smoking room. I bought plug in air fresheners. The walls were filthy and floors turned my socks black! Loud music next door.

Genevieve Skye and the housekeeping crew were all amazing and did all they could to help us

Hotel employee was very rude and was not going to honor what we were told we would have but Genevieve stepped in and read reservation and honored it after hotel employee canceled our reservation and told us to go elsewhere he was Very rude and we will not do business with

Loved this place! A place I'll definitely come back too. Clean, friendly staff, great location. Although we encountered a small issue when we arrive, the friendly desk clerk was quick to do everything on her behalf to accommodate us with another room.

Full kitchen, large space, staff was friendly

The hotel room smelled like bleach very strong i just didn't have a good experience there
