Location to airport

Had to catch a Lyft because the shuttle was not available until 3pm. I had to be at the airport at 11am. Why advertise something you don’t offer at all times.

Convenient

I prepaid, and then was charged again. Was told it was refunded and canceled, however it wasn't. So I paid double due to incompetence staff

Staff was very accommodating. Accessible rooms were huge. And hey with a Cracker barrel, Pluckers and a sports bar basically in the parking lot, how could you go wrong.

No hot water in room for 2 - 3 days. Staff did not notify customers about this issue.

The wonderful employees, expansive lobby, comfy bed and quiet room

The service was very good.The location was very convenient and the room was very comfortable. The kitchenette allowed us to cook some meals at the hotel which was very convenient. They did everything to make us comfortable and made us feel like at home.

There was a lady, the attendant at the breakfast area that was kind of rude, She seemed to be upset or mad most of the time. She seemed to be annoyed at any food related question we asked her. Everyone else at the hotel was very nice and friendly

The rooms were nice size. Not very clean but ok.

The pool was out of service. The water was full of algae. Big disappointment on my kids. And they could of least tell us when we were checking in.

Room is very big for a family. Appreciate the to go breakfast while other hotels don¿t really offer that due to Covid. Friendly staffs

Nothing much to complain

The location, nearby restaurants and shopping.

The bathroom was not fully clean when I checked in. People on the floor above me were noisy.

Spacious clean and conveniently located. Could use 1 or 2 more fireplaces. With only one , it was difficult to find it free to enjoy

There were cockroaches in my room on my phone I had to throw away because of the cockroaches there was fingerprints on the mirror in between my sheets it was dirty. On my way back home also had cockroaches inside my vehicle

We enjoyed the kitchen and location

Wish there had been vegan coffee cream (FYI: Non-dairy creamers have milk products).

The night staff was very attentive after a medical ermergency. She assisted EMS to enter my hotel room and She checked on me every 10 minutes until my husband arrived after EMS stabilized my breathing.

The air quality in the hotel was extremely poor. I had a severe asthma attack within 6 hours of arriving requiring an emergency intervention by 911 EMS. I could not remain for my full stay, I highly do not recommend this hotel for anyone with respiratory.

Very convenient to airport and mall, room was nice, refrigerator was big, it was confertable

floor spot cleaned and tub/shower drain was slow.

Great location and clean

Dim lighting in the bathroom, shower was a little cramped, and they closed the pool at one point to add chemicals. I didn't like that I wasn't greeted when going into the lobby. The staff wasn't bad, but only 1 of them exceeded expectations out of 4 days

Clean, close to mall and Cracker Barrel.

Room was warm when I entered, lowered temp to 70 to cool at 3:50pm, room did not cool, restless night, woke up 3 times during night, turned thermostat to 65 degrees at 4:15am, no change in temperature throughout night, very uncomfortable.

Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast choices.

Difficult to find, even with GPS.

Easy Access to Loop 410. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping mall and stores. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Lobby smelled peculiar. Other than that, smell did not carry over to the elevator nor to the rooms.

Size, cleanliness, location, staff
