Studio 6 Extended Stay - San Antonio, TX - Medical Center

The night auditor. She was accommodating, attentive, and friendly.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved upon (there were some noticeable bugs).

Location

Check-in is 3pm, got there at5pm and had to check which room was clean. 1st room had no microwave, coffee pot, toaster or iron as listed. Office had to see what other room was clean (place no where near full). There's A LOT of things wrong with this place

Location is great, little sketchy but very close to the hospitals.

Absolutely crawling with roaches. No exaggeration I must have killed 35-40 roaches in the one night I stayed.

Staff is very friendly and helpful and it's in a very quiet location

That was just a few little roaches crawling in the room but that was it

Lot of noise at night. Possible drug activities going on. Need cameras to monitor. Lot of cockroaches. Smoke smell is horrendous even for non-smoking rooms. Leaky faucets in the shower, sink faucets that spray water all over not properly flowing.

That they issued me my refund.

Crackheads outside room asking for money to buy drugs had to change rooms twice because of the smell. Then asked for a refunded and went to another hotel.

Located close to every destination I needed. Room amenities above average.

Room was smaller then other rooms available for equal or less expense. High pest infestation. Felt uneasy of area with a rented vehicle in the parking lot.

Proximity to medical appointments

Room had stench of sweat & dirtiness. The linen didnt not seem to be clean. The traffic noise can be heard from inside the room. The door to the bathroom does not allow for enough space. The curtains do not keep the light from coming inside the roo

It was within walking distance to hospital where my daughter was having surgery.

The only thing was that the coffee pot was slimy and dirty where you add the water. Other than that every thing else was great.

The smell in the room is moldy, musty and makes me nauseous as im writing this review. I am up because I'd rather let my mom rest than me, even though I have a procedure tomorrow because it is roach infested. There was one on the bed, multiple on floor of entire room. The restroom is filthy. The lady who checked me in was really nice, I was too tired to complain because I drove 7 hours to get here.
