Bed was squeaky. Roaches in room fridge wasn’t coldl, only 2 small pillows.

They allow pets and the grounds look pretty good with that in mind. Quiet place and staff is exceptionally nice. The refrigerator was out in the room and was replaced in like 20 minutes! Awesome!

Laundry is pretty pricey.

The layout of the room and the fact that the floor was not carpeted.

Did not like that there was a weird moldy smell to the rooms, we tried three different rooms, one of the windows was broken, it would not seal between the bottom and upper half, and it was infested with roaches!

There seems to be an odor about the rooms. I feel like I need to spray Lysol or some art of air freshener in the rooms.

The room layout and what it could be had it been clean.

Location, cleanliness, men hanging off the second floor drinking beer...very unsafe for single women, hair on and around the toilet, soiled bedding, dirty cookware, front door lock broken, good kitchen, bad design.

Hotel employee at the front desk is such a delight.

Bed too low, lacking furniture, roaches in room, sink drain stopper not working, bathroom fan not working and reported to office previous trip, not repaired

Location/ morning host Teresa/ overnight host were excellent!

Bugs in room / Lock on door was faulty/ shelf above closet was about to fall off.

No breakfast

Instead of lying- telling the truth. The wifi went down so they couldn't process the optional payment we wanted to use and lied about it and were unprofessional.

I was out in a joint room, the next room over was vacant but I heard a male and a female voice, they were trying to look into my room through the joint room access door and these people were trying to unlatch the security lock. I had to reinforce the lock and door so they couldn't get in. I barely slept that night and I was very uncomfortable. I called the front desk but I had no luck contacting the overnight clerk. Then they had disconnected the cable in my room for about an hour then it came back on. I also work in the hospitality industry. I've worked overnight engineering for over 3 years and I'm familiar with who has access to the whole property if need be. There could only be 2 maybe 3 people who would have access and that could be night auditor, maintenance, and M.O.D if any major issue happens on property. The male and female that I heard doing so of this sounded a lot like the maintenance guy and a housekeeper. Why they would do something like this I have no clue. These people need to be relieved from their person's immediately. I spoke with the front desk agent in the morning upon check out but he gave me attitude and was very rude that I had brought up the matter. I asked him what was he going to do about the situation and I got no response other than him telling me to ask for a non jointed room the next time I stay. There won't be a next time. At least not at that location. I would really like to know the outcome of this situation and I would like to know what the upper level management is going to do so this and how I am going to be reimbursed. I have video as well. Bugs everywhere

Nothing They refuse my stay and denied the reservation. And they did not Honor my stay at all nor did they refund me for my reservation.

How rude they were and didn't even acknowledge my reservation

The location

I had requested my rooms side to side, which they had guaranteed. When I went to check in the where not together and one of my room was not ready so I had to wait for 20 min for them to finish cleaning it. Come in mind, my check-in was at 3 pm and arrived at 4:20, which was enough time for them to have had it ready.

It had a fridge and microwave

Bed was not comfortable Shower had no pressure Toilet overflowed constantly no security at night. Found person hanging around my car and was checking which room I came out of. Seemed like whole families were living there.
