The new front desk girl that tried very hard.

They told me the pool was open when I called before I booked. It had been closed for two weeks with no idea when it would be opened. They left a new girl solo who had not been trained in alcohol. None of their open products were dated. No dinner.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. My van was broken into, along with many vehicles that same night. The hotel staff didn't show any concern or offer any assistance, extremely unsupportive and dismissive.

Nothing I want a refund

Delay for check in reboot computers come back in 15 min and run cc again and then got room and about hour later went to get food and they wanted to run cc again then was not able to get back in room 216

Location close to funeral home

The sink was clogged on day one and my husband unclogged it. It was full of hair. Day two the shower was clogged and maintenance came and unclogged it.

Yes the elevators not working and the room wasn?t really clean the floors were sticky and the breakfast area was small for the amount of people

We reached the hotel around 4.30 and the hotel staff told that the room was not ready and it will take 30-35 minutes to get towels. After waiting for 30-35 minutes the towels was not ready and had to call them to remind them. The shower soap was empty

Sink slow to drain.

We have stayed there exclusively, when in San Antonio. It seems one of only their two elevators has been operational over the past few visits, making elevators very slow & very crowded.

Location, renovated room

Hotel being renovated. Only 1 elevator working. First room I checked into was dirty. Second room was smaller and luggage cart would not fit into room.

I liked the location best; however, it has a serious car stealing operation at this location. I asked the security guard to pay attention to our handicap van because it is the only mode of transportation for my friend in the wheelchair.

The room was not clean. The bathroom was not finished. There was peeling paint on the ceiling. The tile around the basin was missing. The mirror was hung incorrectly. It took way too long to get hot water, and there was only 1 elevator.

Clean room, comfortable beds

There is only one elevator for guests and staff, it takes a long time to get to your room. Also, they have a really small area for breakfast. It is very tight and uncomfortable. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable

Comfortable big rooms.

No microwaves in the rooms. They could change up the breakfast menu. Kinda gets old on the fourth day.

Proximity/central to everything. Buffet (morning breakfast) had a lot of options.

The a/c was humming all night. Asked them twice to fix it but they did not. The toilet chain kept getting loose. They don¿t have proper USB charging sockets. On day 2, they made the beds, but did not replenish toilet paper or coffee cups!

This is a trifling complaint. In your breakfast bar, I switch from vanilla-flavored yogurt to plain yogurt, There were plenty of raw &/or sweetening add-ins that could bring sweetness to the yogurt. I love the oatmeal bar & approve all other options.

Well designed, comfortable room. Good start. Clean and we'll maintained. Not having stayed at a Hyatt Place for more than ten years, I was pleased to find prior set expectations met.

They only do housekeeping every four days.

The cleanliness of the rooms. We were initially placed in one room and on the first night had roaches in the room. Went to the front desk and they relocated our room to place us in a room that the carpet smelled moldy and damp and also had roaches as well
