Old and run down. Needs some updating. Charged for parking. That’s stupid to charge people that are staying at your hotel for parking! Where else are we supposed to park?

Small parking lot with gates.

No tv remote. Hotel not up to date.

Called the front desk ..Took a LONG time to answer! NO A/C ... NO air or even FAN.... NO windows to open SO Stuffy! Shower trickled out .. no pressure! Front desk said they would call back ..DID NOT!I called AGAIN but no solution!!!!

I like the fact that even thought I didnt have a car, I could put my phone on GPS WALK and get around just fine. Mall, in walking distance and Walmarts food everything! I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much!

Waited 90 for airport shuttle then had to take an Uber.

I didn't like the way I was treated at the time of check out. I needed to have a late check out and was told I could have took 1:00pm but at noon, I got a call from front desk saying, "We didn't give you extended stay, and you are still here. So?"

The night clerk was very rude and didn't provide what I needed(wine bottle opener)saying I had to go downstairs to the kitchen and it was closed for the day,a room attendant gave me what I needed which was very nice and thoughtful of her.

Parking was terrible. The carpet seemed as if it wasnt vacuumed. The tub had a dirty ring around it. I went to walmart and bought cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom myself! I don't think i would have trusted the cleaning people to clean properly

Cleanliness, staff and location.

Pet friendly, cleaning staff was very professional and helpful, beds were very comfortable.

Unusual number of glasses for a room that can sleep up to 6. We were only 2, had wanted to invite family over for a visit, but not enough glasses. Door didn't close all the way unless you pulled it closed. No pee place for dogs. Only weekly pet charge.

Literally, everything exceeded my expectations! The shuttle service, decor, the cleanliness inside and out, the comfortable beds, hot breakfast, staff friendliness. My only regret is that it was a short stay and too cold to get in the very-inviting pool!

There was absolutely nothing I did not love about my stay at Staybridge Suites San Antonio Airport!

I liked the location and the cleanliness. The staff was helpful and I noticed constant cleaning of the facility. Excellent!

I liked that the bedrooms were separated from the living room and I could close the door (suite). I also like the various breakfast options.

The hotel is recently renovated, but it's not quality work. Misplaced holes in the halls, crooky light switches, new parts next to old parts. Not a good job. And the new carpet in my room smelled really bad.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. They also had free wash and dryer to use.

The beds were the softest I've ever experienced at any hotel. It felt like home. The food was an amazing selection as well.

I wished the spa tub was working.

I loved the location and cleanliness of the hotel.

The hotel was under renovation and we were made aware. However, work was going on in the middle of the night. When I brought it to staffs attention I was told I had to be mistaken and it was a man trying to get into another room. (For 2 hours?)
