Clean and modern room.

No bathroom heater or vent fan.

Nothing the staff was horrible and they stole my credit card a made extra charges.

The staff was so rude acted like they didn?t want to help us.

We liked the breakfast buffet. Also the staff in the front desk and in the breakfast area were very nice and friendly.

You have to request cleaning your room, which we did in the morning before leaving. When we returned, they did not clean up or made the beds, stating that if you request in the morning, it would be applied the following day. , which doesn¿t make sense.

The selection for breakfast was excellent; eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, etc.

When we first arrived, there was an overpowering sewer-like smell. Luckily, this did not extend into the room, but made a very bad first impression.

Friendliness of staff and the feeling of security.

Wish they would make accommodations for smokers. Don't mind going outside at all for smoking but you could include a couple of benches or outside seating area for smokers.

There was a $10 fee for overnight parking that I was unaware of until I checked in.

The location/ proximity to downtown San Antonio . Walking distance everywhere. Breakfast was great.

The staff, they didn¿t know how to run a hotel. Need to know their city , prepare for high booking as it was spring break and a festival was going on 2 blocks away. Rooms weren¿t ready until an hour later than check in. Manager should have been helping.

Good breakfast

Check in time was passed the actual check in time and had us waiting for a room. The fridge was not cleaned. Some of the linen still looked dirty.

Hotel room was confortable.

Room not cleaned properly. Short on towels no toilet paper. Sticky mess on the elevator floor which I reported but was told yes we know next day it was still there. Breakfast snack bad for diabetics kids did not like No restaurants close by for elderl

Beds were amazingly comfortable, hotel was immaculately clean, staff was polite and helpful, amenities were great, my teens and fiancé enjoyed the indoor pool.

1. No continental breakfast as advertised. Understandable because of pandemic though. 2. Coin laundry (not complementary as seemed advertised) was disappointing, no easy way to get quarters for the machines, and was pricey, not enough/small machines.

We realy like the location, service was good, we got breakfast bag every morning, clean ,friendly.

Location. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I had a bad experience with the front desk. I could not make the reservation, and gave prior notice 24 hours and the clerk said it would be fine. when my family arrived, the clerk was rude at 11:30 p.m. He complained he did not get any help and short hand

He also made sure he did was rude and my family was almost out of a room. I was very upset and could barely talk to him. He was not cooperative at all. This makes me unhappy because I have had very good experiences with other locations in other cities.

They had a great free breakfast.

The elevators overheated and we stayed on the 3rd floor. There was not free parking.

Excellent service, friendly staff, very affordable price and love the breakfast.

It was clean smelled good and the location was fantastic.

There really is nothing to complain about . The bathroom had a few hairs in the corner. It was not worth mentioning to the hotel front desk.

The front desk clerk, particularly the man who had the morning shift was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Kudos

Nothing, except that it was a bit farther from the Convention Center than others. But, that turned out to be positive because it allowed me to get some exercise while I walked to and from the conference location.
