Bugs in the room, rudeness from staff, cleanliness around common areas

Only the location

The room was disgusting, smelled like cigarette. I reserved a specific room and when I arrived I was told that the room was no longer available, I was offered a smaller room. Employees were not very helpful.

Pool area looked nice

Cigarette burns on the blankets, stains on the pillows, roaches on the walls, dirty floors, no hot water in the shower, toilet stopped working, someone banging on our door at 3am.

Nothing at all

It was very low scale and unsafe, room did not have toilet sea.toilet paper by front door, you could see through the door from the inside. Got refund and left.

The only good thing was the price and the air conditioning was very good for the 1 hour that we we're there i was very disappointed

Pretty much everything from the moment we got there mold in restroom holes in the walls bed in very poor condition which I could get my money back.

The lobby was semi decent?

Literally everything was horrid. Lots of bugs, the door and couch were broken, the blankets had holes and were dirty, the fridge didn't work. It was like a crackhead's crappy rundown apartment in the ghetto. We didn't even stay an hour. Do not stay here

It was the worst hotel I have ever seen. Please contact me about this situation.

The room was absolutely infested with roaches and the staff was fully aware of that. The room was severely damaged and should have never been rented out. Please contact me for further information

The 24 hour store was nice , a little on the expensive side but very conveinent.

The floors were dirty and they did not leave enough towels.

The roaches , staff needs to carry roach spray.

The location was close to where I needed to be.

When I arrived police were arresting a man who had broken into one of the rooms and was smoking meth. The room that was assigned to me was filthy and the door wouldn't lock. The gave me another room which was in the same condition. I did not stay here.

Hotel was run down, the door jam was held up by paint stick, I felt better sleeping in my car

It was close to where we needed to be.

Rooms were dirty and needed painting. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. Empty beer can in dresser and a half eaten burrito in the fridge. No continental breakfast though it was on the sign outside.

Absolutely nothing! The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I could not give it less.

The hotel was FILTHY. There were roaches EVERYWHERE! There were seedy guys selling loose Cigarillos in the lobby. They tried to make me pay for the room again, even though I prepaid. Per the desk clerk, they don't allow prepayment. Stay away!!!

It wasn't too far from down town

They had roaches and it was just nasty from the tubs to the sinks. The couch was dirty and I felt like bugs were crawling on me.

Room filthy and disgusting. Hair in tub and used soap in shower. He and had someone come up to me in parking lot asking if I had a crack pipe

not enough space in dislike section desk lady was nice also upon arrival there was cops there no clue why. The front area had boards with nails laying up against building bad place for them

i booked wrong hotel in a hurry thinking it was a different one i booked previously. I later saw reviews saying roach motel and asked desk clerk she said they were gave me one of the nicer rooms.Room smelled Once i got a light on roaches came out.We left.

It was in a good location.

It was definitely over priced for the way everything was kept. There was construction, some of the lights didn’t work, the carpet was very dirty my husbands feet were black from the shower to the bed, there were a couple of strands of hair in the sheets

Everything. Roaches everywhere. Holes, blood and poop on the walls. Was given one bed instead of two. There was dog bones under the couch. Neighbors were up and loud partying at 3am. Hairs all over the restroom.

Staff is rude and the room service lady gave me the broom n mop to do my own room
