The air conditioner was undersized for the room or it needed extensive cleaning as it barely cooled the room.

No coffee in the rooms/no hair dryer/no breakfast/the pool was not at all appealing.

The girl who checked us in was friendly. The room was exceptionally clean. The beds were more comfortable than some 4 and 5 star hotels we've stayed at, and the water pressure in the shower was exceptional.

The towels were ultra cheap, but functional. They did the job, but I can about guarantee you they are nothing you'd want to take home!

At the same time as I was getting my passport out of the car during check in, and my credit card was still at the reception, an ubereats was charged to my credit card. I only found out later when i read an email to verify payment with a code. Hmm

Its always clean except for what they use to clean the floors

The manager said i had guest and i couldnt bit the man was in the same hotel

the floor was soaking wet and stayed that way. No coffee, even at the front desk. Bed very uncomfortable and had a rod sticking out I bumped my leg on it several times One towel one hand towel and one wash cloth for 2 people in a king size room.

AC worked great hot water and tv streamed well bed was comfortable

TV wasn?t working and there are bed bugs. It needs to be bug bombed and the parking lot needs to be redone and bigger

They were cockroaches on the floor in the morning they need to exterminate the rooms and it?s run down lots of things need to be replaced ond painted not stay there any more

Location, old but clean pool

They need to be more clean with the rooms.

My rooms ac was not working well in my room and went to the office and the owner without a doubt change my fast and was really friendly.

The price was very reasonable.

How think the sheets were and the traffic to and from the location. Could have been a bit cleaner

Sparce furnishing not as advertised, much loud cursing in parking lot including threats to kill each other and animal abuse.

This hotel is in a great location. Love the hills around and that its right off the interstate. Theres a Walmart and Heb less the 4 miles down the road which was very convenient. And its definitely right by six flags as advertised. Clerks were nice

I cant say there was nothing I disliked about the hotel. Parking was great and room 151 was awesome! Definitely right by the pool. Pool is very tiny but it definitely was very clear and looked cleaned. We didnt try the breakfast since to early for us.

Yes. Pretty much everything. It was extremely unsafe with men stalking around outside all night long, a bunch of vans, our door didn't lock and we found it open, there were stains everywhere, electronics didn't work, the floor was coated in a weird grease

when we walked in it smelled clean and fresh. The room was clean. Beds were clean. Overall it was clean.

No frills, simple place to stay for a cheap rate. Bring your own towels and a few pillows and you are good to go.

Everything is ok with hillview Inn nice clean rooms and new furniture's in all the rooms and good clean towels and clean floors and a good view location.

No there is no complaints about the hillview Inn and I like everything about the hillview Inn there are always there went you services

Overall, it was a good experience for the price. The room was clean. The location was great.

The staff was kind of young and seems could work on paying a little more attention¿one of the key cards worked, the other did not. Came back to have them reprogrammed, now both worked the first night, but didn¿t work the second night.
