The suite was spacious and clean, and there was free parking.

Room had a very strong odor but was very clean. The former guest must have used the kitchen to cook something with a lot of curry.

I was not aware that they don't clean your room everyday. One must leave used towels/trash outside your door if you require some or thrown out, nothing gets replenished for the next day if not told. I believe they clean every other day per staff.

Good definitely use updating. The pull out couch is slightly better than sleeping on the floor. We were not very happy that after a long day out, we came back to our room at 3:30 to rest. There had been no room service. They show up at 4.

The room was amazing. Very large, comfortably furnished. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. My niece slept on the pull out bed, and she was very happy with it as well.

Great location not too far from river walk and main attractions in the downtown area. Great amenities such as free breakfast ad free internet. Staff was very helpful.

We all have bug bites... very nervous that this hotel has bed bugs.

I liked best the room comfort and design.

I didn't like the induction stove and the shower controls that are unlike any I've never seen.
