Valet Parking is too expensive for only 1 night. Hotel desk didn't pay attention to our booking of a King bed. We went to our room and saw 2 doubles. Had to go back down to show them we booked a king. They did admit they were wrong and changed our room.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly

I couldn't get the air to turn down in one room so it was very cold

Historic and the location was great.

Food was way over priced and was terrible! The rooms are in rough shape. I understand its historical but they cant seem to keep up on it. Sloppy remodeling. Had to pay to park in a public lot or pay for valet service.

The historical features and back story told from staff. Loved the experience hotel employees where awesome host. Bartender staff was amazing as well.

No pool

It is such a beautiful hotel! The staff was so courteous & helpful. The view from my 7th floor room was amazing! I cannot wait to stay there again.

I wish they would have stated on the website that the pool was closed due to maintenance. There was no water in it. It was 101 degrees that day & I was looking so forward to cooling off in the pool.

Everything was great just could have used a microwave in the room

It’s a nice hotel, not 5 star. The lobby bar/food is very good. There were big fans set up in the lobby; not sure if the AC was down. The staff was friendly. The only light in the room was a lamp and the bathroom/dressing area. The Alamo view was nice.

The staff quit cleaning and restocking the room after two days. If you want to valet your vehicle it’s $49 per day. They would not allow me to have a late check out after I had been there for a week.

Only one working elevator for 14 floors. Restaurant was disappointing.

There was a stale odor in the room and no microwave. I had to pay $180 for incidentals upon checking in. However, it was released after checkout. That information should?ve been known when booking. Daily valet & public parking is expensive.

The location was perfect, everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. Plus we always love the cookies. To bad we didn?t get any goodbye cookies!

The shower was horrible. It was a real job to take a shower with no hand held and just a stream of water

The staff was lovely - two different gentlemen at the reception upon check in and check out were great, helpful, generous and very professional. All staff - from cleaning through maintenance to the bar - all pleasant, curteous and helpful.

One of the two elevators was out of commission and the line to ride up and down was long but everyone at the hotel did their best to help. Things happen...
