The rooms were spacious and the balcony was a plus!

Elevators need serious maintenance! The doors would not open on their own, we had to manually pull apart to get out. Once reported to staff they weren¿t concerned!

Pillows smell really bad ,tub clogged, power outage for couple hours no one ask if we need anything,Parking cost.

Loved the location and service was excellent would definitely a 5 star

The rooms could use a small update but doesn¿t take anything away from my stay me and my family had a great time.

They still charged $39.00 for valet or $34.00 for regular parking per day!!! In top of the hotel night price. I thought that was outrageous. :( I had no choice but to pay

Room was clean when we got there but room service never show up to bring new towel paper or do the mattress when to front desk ant they said the will fix it which it never happen

Balcony.

There was a red stain on one of my towels. Housekeeping upon request, not scheduled. Toilet was dirty.

Restaurant was closed in the evening, even though they had a hadn't out menu that said it was open. No "Do Not Disturb" placards for the door (I asked for one and never got it), so housekeeping opened the door while I was in the bathroom.

The pool was nice

YES! The beds were only full size and rock hard. This may have been a 4 star hotel years ago but as of today its pushing 2.5 stars at best. The hotel hasn't been renovated in years and the bathroom was identical to a hospital bathroom.

The hotel was within walking distance of River Walk. The entrance to the hotel (fountain) was also pretty. The bed was comfy!

The room was old and hadn¿t been vacuumed properly. I noticed dried out contacts on the bathroom floor when I arrived. Just small touches of neglect.

The location and the pool were nice. The hotel grounds were attractive.

The carpet in our room was wet. The room had a bad smell and we had to switch rooms.

Outstanding family environment. Excellent staff and dining !

Parking fee a bit steep. $28 self park but very nice .

close walking distance to Alamo and River Walk

After the winter storm in Texas most of the vegetation and palm trees are dead. Everything is brown, leaves everywhere. Hope spring will somehow revive it.

The drapes/curtains in the room did not close all the way to block out the early morning sun, and there needs to be a microwave in the room.

The hotel staff was tremendous. Staff were delightful and exceeded on everyone of our request. We really enjoyed our time and ended up booking 2 additional nights!!!!

The shower water would occasionally go cold for about 5 seconds and then back to warm. We had them take a look at it, but it contunued to do this. Everything else was great!!!

Hotel employee at the front desk very rude,someone needs to replace her. I got charge twice for the room, its been 3 days and have not gotten my credit for the room $---, I will never stay at this place again or maybe any other Marriott...

I was surprised that I was charged even as a member. All American breakfast was bland....no added salt at all.

Great location but still felt secluded.

The duvet would not stay on (flimsy and not quality) and the elevators were horribly slow. Otherwise a good stay.
