Multiple broken fixtures for lights, dead bolt for door was broken, staff was rude, very dirty

I didn¿t like anything about the hotel

You walk into the room and it smelt nasty, you didn¿t feel clean nor safe. You turn on the heater and it smelled as well. There was a hole in the floor where the heater unit sat and your feet stuck to the floor.

The ONLY thing I liked was the location. Close to UT medical and dental schools. And hospital district.

I had stayed in this motel years ago and expected it to be similar. Stayed when it was Country Inn & Suites and Motel 6. It¿s extremely run down. No coffee pots in rooms. I realize many don¿t serve breakfast but still have coffee in lobby and rooms.

Gatekeeping internet. Needed weekly passwords. They blocked off HDMI ports and access to different inputs. The one available HBMI port they let you use kicks you off ever 3 seconds rendering it useless and just for show. Tv turns off every 2-3 hours.

In spite of a few dings in the rooms (needs small repairs here and there), the room was very clean. Also, the front desk staff is very responsive to any requests.

Rooms need to be monitored for repairs, but over all it was a good experience.

Hotel needs renovations, the floors are warped, ants were found in the sink and there was mold in the restroom. The shower knobs did not seem to work well either.

The hotel looks VERY NICE from the outside. The rooms are big, clean and quiet.

the parking was a little difficult.

There were ants coming out of the shower & the light bulb in the restroom was blown out. The room is spacious and ample; however, there is too much open space. The hotel go undergo a renovation on the inside. The front area doesn't seem too inviting.

The plus were defective and throwing sparks. The refrigerator was leaking badly
