Hyatt Place San Antonio/Riverwalk

Room was big and breakfast was great.

Expense of parking was significant!! No all day complimentry coffee!

Walking distance to our venue especially with multiple nite stay 25.00 a nite for parking is a lot .

I feel parking should be free for paying so much money for room stay

Spacious, clean and the breakfast was really great. The eggs weren't the best but I get it.

Well, this isn't the fault of the hotel but a guy was at my door at around 3:00am trying to get into my room. I'm pretty sure he was just lost as he locked himself out of his room and got disorganized.

The location. It was an easy walk to almost anywhere we wanted to visit.

Bathroom was small, the door would hit the toilet.

The staff were courteous and friendly. We were able to check in earlier. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were very satisfied!

We had long walk to the Riverwalk and we found it difficult finding our way back to the hotel.

The Staff!! They were absolutely awesome!

They are remodeling the elevator. It was Spring Break for some of us and they had a business conference there. The hotel was booked! Which any other day I would cheer for since I love seeing businesses do great but having to wait on the elevators ¿¿¿¿

Breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating.

Tiny bathrooms, sink in the bedroom, weird layout of rooms. One elevator not working, which is understandable. But it's been that way for months. I read it in a 2 month old review when I was booking.

Great location, easy access. Staff very professional and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable, lots of space. Breakfast was great with variety of items to choose from. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back, thank you.

Breakfast was great. Plenty of Food options and all were good. Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms seemed clean and we had a nice view of canal from our balcony. Convenient walk to the heart of the Riverwalk and Alamo.

The rooms weren¿t as updated as other HP I¿ve stayed in lately. Loud AC starting and stopping throughout the night. The surrounding blocks felt a bit sketchy after dark, if I were walking with a large group I wouldn¿t have noticed.

The bathrooms are so small you can¿t move, the shower was terrible, the bed was okay but the pillows were awful, it is on the river but not in the Riverwalk area

The breakfast, staff and location was excellent for our family gathering over the weekend. My room sink was stopped up and the hotel responded immediately and fixed the sink.

The bathroom is too small to accommodate changing clothes and moving around. The door when you put the floor towel down gets caught up when trying to close the door. Elevator is very noisy. Didn't know until I arrived that I had to pay for parking daily

Honestly nothing the room was too small couldn¿t even get my daughters wheelchair to go to the balcony overpriced elevators are trash I spent almost $--- for two nights waste of my money

Restrooms, cleanliness, room, the space in the room, restroom was really small, had a really bad odor, AC wasnt functioning well, overpriced very disappointed

The General Manager was fantastic. Had an issue and was resolved quickly and easily. He really cares about his guest!

Rooms were nice and clean and that the hotel offered a large variety of free breakfast.

Hotel employee in the front desk, was very professional and super nice. There was a housekeeper that was suppose to clean our room but we didn¿t want her to. My husband talked to her supervisor and told her how she was very helpful and sweet lady.

Maybe a microwave in the room.

The staff was amazing, the location, and the overall experience!

I wish the bar had a real bartender and the prices for the drinks could be a little less expensive.
