I call to cancel my second night because the hotel was dirty and smells very bad, I don’t receive the refund yet

Had two elevators. However only one was working and the hotel was very busy.

Front desk clerk was super-thank you! Breakfast was solid.

Bathroom wasn¿t as clean as it could¿ve been (random hairs hanging out on the floor, etc) but it wasn¿t terrible. I¿ve been in waaayyy worse.

Lobby is pretty big, lots of room and tables for breakfast. Quality of breakfast is very good considering it is only an economy hotel. Room is also pretty nice and comfy!

The personable and bubbly front desk employee, who met my every request and greeted me with so much respect, a servant heart and by name! Service great. Location great! Food choices and quality were great!!

Room size, location, staff, breakfast, cleanliness

It has a good location, and its a nice hotel. The person at reception was very kind with us.

Cleanliness, the reception area, the restaurant and the elevators were dirty. They need constant cleaning.

The suite was very spacious. Room was clean. Bathroom was recently updated. Staff member we mostly dealt with, Courtland Hall, was awesome! Very hardworking gentlemen and attentive to what ever we needed. Location was decent.

Easy check in, good location.

I had to check out at 6:50 am, no staff on duty to check us out or a location to leave keys, just left them on desk. Hallway had on the 4th floor had trash all over.

See above. Aside from the excellent staff, there are quite a few shortcomings that would be worth mentioning were sufficient space supplied with which to do it.

Location and staff were very professional and nice.

This hotel should be rated 2.5 not 3.0. The rooms were nice but no luxuries at all. It was very much a moderate room.

Pool towels were extraordinarily small. My 10 and 11 year olds needed two just to dry off

We asked for a first floor room and we got one. However, we did not know that it was a handicap room. So, the counter space in the bath area was a bit tight but nothing to make us ask for another room. Just wish we had known that it was a "handicap room.

 the housekeeper was amazing! She spoke to me both nights I stayed at the hotel and is a delight!

There was a huge event behind the hotel and non-hotel guest were parking in the hotel lot. This made parking for the actual guest a hassle. Also, I had ants in my room and they did not handle that situation professionally.

The newness, decor and cleanliness was excellent. I was nicely surprised that the star rating exceeded my expectations. Well done and I’d easily stay there again.

The staff was so friendly. The free shuttle was awesome. Clean, updated room. Great experience.

Very kid friendly breakfast. Also good for healthy food choices. The staff, and I DO mean all the STAFF were very friendly and helpful. Kudos to hotel employee very people oriented.

First time to stay at a Springhill. WOW!! Above and beyond what I expected. Highly recommend!! Excellent room, cool shower and best breakfast buffet.
