The location to food stores and the highway was perfect

The room was only cleaned once for the week, and after the cleaning there was still soap and make up in the sink. Seen two bugs crawling in the bathroom. Staff never answered the phone when we called the front desk. It did not have an airport shuttle.

Other hotel guests were playing loud obscene music at the pool where other kids were playing along with mine, the pool was much smaller than the picture. The AC in the room didn’t work well.

I like the location, size of the room, like the maintenance guy. He did not work 90% of the time and the people downstairs did not care.

Did not like how people in the front keeps giving me a key that didn't work even though I tell them it didn't work. Housekeeping was not good, they didn't even take all the dirty towels, left dirty, sinks, and some trash.

The hotel overall was nice, the location was good with restaurants and stores close by.

The bathroom trash was not emptied & had dirty toilet paper in it, when I asked the front desk to have someone empty it I was told there was no house keeping available on that day. The pool was kinda small & the parking lot was difficult to maneuver

You go bach at 12:30 and is not water, very sad I can't take a shower or use the bath.

The front desk lady on our arrival was very helpful and kind. The hotel has a modern design even thou is not a new building. The room was spacious, clean and it met all the expected standards of a suite.

There was no hot water on our last day so we were not able to shower before checking out from the hotel.

The location and the guy at check in was very nice, working late on Thanksgiving day.

The bed and pillows were of lower quality than expected and the paint job in the bathroom was very poorly done.

Not very much - last room was finally a winner. Morning staff apologized for issues; however, that in no way changes what happened.

* limited parking. * first, given an occupied room * secondly, the air conditioner didn't work and it was hot - called - never got a call back. AFTER 4 hours I called again. Finally a cold room - woke up late, missed breakfast, not a good experience.

No night security. Someone tried to break into my truck. I think there should be a security guard on duty

The location and the a/c was very cold which I loved.

The shower needs updating, and unfortunately there were aunts, spiders and roaches in the room. A spider came crawling out of the bed where my kids were sleeping in.

My blanket had holes on then. I took a pic of the holes. Our first day there the manager was not friendly at all. I asked about a discount that I thought I was going to get. She told me there was no discount in a rude attitude. She said that the rates sho

I was told check in was at 3:00 Pm. When I got to the Hotel I was told check in was at 4:00pm that's a little too late. Also someone was fighting by the stairs at 2:30 am. I call the front Desk and no one andwer.

Friendly staff, amenities, breakfast and complimentary drinks.

Rooms are roomy and clean. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, oatmeal and cinnamon rolls. No potatoes though. They did have juices and coffee. Also coffee maker in the rooms.

The bathroom shower did have shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, which all were empty. Everything else was stocked up.

Super clean rooms. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast started our day right with a variety of options from cold cereal to cheese omelets.

Hotel staff are wonderful and the price was great. Breakfast was good, rooms are clean, hallways ¿

The staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was as expected for IHG.
