First it’s a motel but not hotel. Hot and cold water control has issue and only hot water coming. And too hot that someone can burn their body

They lied about location, cleanliness, refund policies, and much more

That even though I pre paid for the hotel I had to leave a deposit at the desk for check in even though there wasnt anything I had to pay for like movies I feel having my credit card on file should have been enough if anything was wrong with the room when

Breakfast most of everything in the room looked like it was falling apart. No hot water, remote didn't work. Smelled like it was moped with dirty water.

Staff was racist and uncompromising. Rude and ugly to guest.

Loose toilet seat; bed not made, no trash pickup after first night.

The owners were rude ! I had to sit in my car for 5 hours to try to get additional $50 dollar deposit ! Then I go to check in and witness another couple getting charged and told they couldn't stay because they had pets which online it states nothing !

There was carpet under the beds that was dirty. The rooms opened to the parking lot which I did not understand from the photos. The breakfast was dismal; the juice machine was broken and the staff had no substitutions.

It was not in a bad neighborhood that you heard doors shut all hours of the night

$10 for a breakfast that only the coffee was have way good

Horrid. We left at 1am to drive the 3 hours home due to safety concerns.

We booked two hotel rooms and they were the most abysmal rooms we?ve ever experienced. They were filthy: stained ceilings, furniture, bedding and drapery. The toilet seat was coming off and the blackout curtains wouldn?t close. We left at 1am for safety

Absolutely nothing

Everything was in terrible condition, included insects in the bed, toilet seat totally broken, bad smell, very rude person, I just took my car and left. I couldn?t sleep there. Definitely this hotel doesn?t belong to that category

The Staff professional knowledgeable and kindness and Everything was good including safe, cleaness.

The size of the room was pretty big and clean.

The location was near an exit to the HWY which was really busy. The breakfast was a bit cold.

Location and I did appreciate the laminate flooring.

Hotel room was not clean at all. Floor was filthy with visible dirt. Sheets had visible stains. Shower curtain was dirty,tub was dirty. Bathroom had an awful smell.Rhe property is run down. At one point, I found a used bar soap on top of shower wall.

Other than the location being extremely convenient...I did NOT like everything about the hotel. From the moment we entered the room the scent of human urine was overpowering a d we immediately found out that we would have to clean the restroom/ room on

It was a good price for the location. Good restaurants and shopping areas near by.

Arrived an hour earlier and paid for early check in ($20).The original room was still being cleaned so we moved to a different room. The shower sprayed everywhere and had to be angled in just the right area, which still sprayed. Room smelled.

No considerations for babies, only 1 card/key and it works only 24 hours, you have to "visit" the reception every day & they've an additional fee not mentioned without giving any receipt (but they refunded if you ask, you have to ask).
