The staff exceled is professionalism and kindness.... The front desk representative was so accommodating and kind. Watching him work under pressure with demands from guest,he never waivered from the task at hand. getting their requests met

The temperature of the water in the shower took a while to warm to luke warm.

Proximity to riverwalk/downtown .

Stinky hallway to pool area + dirty floor mats in hall. Cheap cheese used for omelets; not tasty. No laundry supplies available .

Location was pretty good.

We had to ask for a towel every night. Can’t they count what they pick up and leave the same amount? They also didn’t restock the body wash and we ran out. Breakfast was not great.

The cost of parking was fairly high for this area. The room smelled awful. The ceiling was peeling in multiple places. There was a good amount of hair all over.

Location-walking distance to riverwalk & Alamo. Friendly & efficient front desk & breakfast staff.

$28 Parking fee not mentioned anywhere before booking. Breakfast was ok. Salsa was bitter.

Lock on door did not always function properly. Seemed to have a bug. Breakfast was awful.

Wont ever stay here again. Charged 22 dollars per car to park in their lot, only to have 2 vehicles broken into. Would think if your going to gouge your guests for parking you would secure your parking area. Cost 1000-1500 in damage to 2 vehicles.

I arrived a little earlier than my check-in time and the front desk was able to provide me a room. The staff was very nice and courteous.

Very limited paid parking spaces on the hotel location. Had to parked across the street at a designated place. I was very uncomfortable parking across the street because I had no view of my car from the hotel.

Guest had an aggressive dog. When reported to front desk I was told that they were not allowed to discriminate at dog owners. Room had splattered soda on wall

Couch bed was filthy (looked like blood stains) and extra pillow in closet looked like someone drooled chewing tobacco on it in their sleep.

The room was the best quality of this hotel. It had a separate living area that was a nice bonus and convenient for families.

*Parking on-site costs $22 per night *Breakfast was from 6-9 but breakfast buffet was empty by 8:30 am and staff was not refilling. *Front desk staff who checked us in gave us room keys that did not work. I had to go back downstairs to fix them

No option what floor to stay in. I don't like first floor. Oh well I was tired.

The room was dirty and we found numerous roaches. Also, management allowed loud music to play throughout the night, until I called to complain.

The front desk personnel was no at desk alll the time usally at most nicer hotels they usally have people there and they told us that breakfast was served at 6 to 9 so we got up and come down at 6:15 there was no one at the front desk waited hour bad bag

I initially reserved it his hotel for its proximity to the Riverwalk area.

Hotel looked old, we weren¿t told we would receive NO housekeeping or fresh linens during our stay, the AC would not cool the rooms, free breakfast was advertised but only a cold egg & bacon was offered, we paid $--- more than 3 other guests we spoke to

The location

Check in is at 3:00pm, I was told by Hilton employee-that due to being short staff... it be a late check in. My family and I didn't check in until 6:15pm. Hotel employee stated 3:00pm is when check in starts but not a guarantee check in time.

The guy that checked us in was really nice.

The people fighting in the room next to us all night and in the hallway.

Nothing was good had awful experience

I didn’t like anything at all Asked for a king Bed and got 2 double beds didn’t sleep all night and the restroom door was broken then I got charged for parking when they told me they were going to take it off due to not having a king bed available
