The hotel was very clean and comfortable.The breakfast provided many options. We didn’t need staff very much but the interactions we did have were very pleasant and they displayed excellent customer service.

There was no bathroom exhaust fan. Breakfast was good but it would have been nice to have bacon at breakfast:)

The Hotel rooms facing the Hwy have the full sound and vibration of traffic into the rooom. Thus these rooms are unusable for sleep

The staff were terrific.

We stayed here two separate nights while in San Antonio. The first night the room was fine, definitely dated but acceptable. The second night¿s room was horrible! The TV was defective and the sink in the bathroom did not drain.

As a person confined to a wheelchair the room was very difficult to navigate around as there was not much space between bed and dresser. Bathroom was okay once you navigate to it and handhold rails helped We booked and received an accessible room

The best thing about this hotel is the outstanding customer service from the staff. Every time I have stayed here, I am greeted with a smile. They answer my questions and are very polite and professional.

I like everything about this hotel. The only thing they could do different is to have a breakfast to go (perhaps a breakfast bar, bagel with cream cheese, and a piece of fruit) for those of us who have an early morning flight before breakfast is served.

We stayed in a room next to the elevator and it is noisy and bothered my sleep a lot.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly. They adressed me name when I called and when I came to the front desk, meaning they remembered me! Walking distance to popular resturants and close to the airport. They get a 10+ from me!

I liked everything about it.  the front desk clerk, did an outstanding job, was polite, and professional. She provided great customer service, providing me info pm how I could catch the shuttle at the airport, for me to get a ride back to the hotel.

The only thing is that it would have been nice to have a sack breakfast available for those customers who had to catch flight prior to 6 a.m.

They have the gym on the 10th floor and I had someone dropping the weights on the floor at 5:30 am.

The friendliness and attention to detail. Super clean rooms, no bugs and the delicious breakfast spread they always have. We will now only stay there.

Great breakfast selection: pancakes, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, cereal, muffins and more!

I forgot to put up the don't disturb sign and the maid came in the room while we were gone and took my expensive hair cream! The pool was not near as impressive as the pictures and very dirty with hair and other grossness floating all over.

Family hotel in a good location and good facilities with free parking and close to the entire city. It seems renovated and has good physical conditions and moderate amplitude of the spaces.

Apalling and slow the gentleman of night. He seems unhappy with his job. He doesn't want another language. It's an airport hotel, for God's sake. It was just him speaking slowly and writing. Ironic is that he seems more Latino than Carlos Santana himself.

Breakfast and breakfast area. Head shower spray was perfectly working not like most hotels that the spray is always clogged. Location near shopping mall and restaurants.

I only stayed at this hotel because it has good ratings. The room had a musty smell. This hotel should be checked for mold. I had a stuffy nose and my eyes were very irritated while staying in this hotel. The TV is very small.
