Worst breakfast offering ever. Stayed at many Quality I n's with exceptional breakfasf. This was the worst ever and I did not est any of the very few choices

Location

No hand soap in the room. Breakfast was limited. Shower diverted was broken . I was given a room that smelled terrible but asked for one with no carpet and it was much better

Housekeeper is very nice

Washer is not working, roaches in a room

It is very close to Frost Bank Center

A/C was not even getting cold. You can't use the freezer because it's full of iced build-ups. Breakfast food is worst. Just bread and pancake.

The first room that I was given wasn't ready. The second room had a cockroach in the dresser drawer and since I was given only the top floor, so the room was swelteringly hot. There was supposed to be free breakfast and they didn't have it.

Everything. We couldn¿t even stay because it was so horrible. Check in and our hotel room looked like a murder scene. We canceled the hotel and had to book another one.

Friendly lady

First room had not heat. Move to room next door it had heat. The room 230, bathroom door knob when closed could not get out . Daughter had to open the door for me. The electrical outlet with the blow dryer did not work at all. Had to move coffee pot.

The security lock on the door was busted as if someone had broken the door in previously. I didn't feel safe staying there with my teen daughter so we left .

Nice for an overnight stay. Have stayed here before and would do it again.

Man wh checked me in was on his phone the entire time. Barely sid two words to me. I was surprised when he pointed to a notice indicating there was a $100 deposit. No explanation. I informed i expected it back quicky!

There was black mold in the pool. Ice machine/soda out of order. Fridge wasn¿t working, but they did remedy that. Wi-Fi wouldn¿t connect.

Great option (and value) for an economy hotel. It is a short drive from a lot of sights in San Antonio plus it is a short walk from the Salado Creek walking trail. The hotel was cleaner than other economy hotels I¿ve stayed in, and I had friendly service.

The carpet could use a good cleaning, and the bed sheets had some small stains/holes. Housekeeping also walked in my room without knocking while I was in my room. Just a little more attention to detail would really improve the overall experience.

Hole in bathroom door. Cigarette burns on the bedding. Very loud traffic noise

We picked this location for the convenience of the AT&T Center being so close! The Starbucks being next door was also a plus.

The bathtub is very very slippery. My boyfriend slipped twice while in the shower. Fortunately the curtain saved his fall the second time.

Horrible stay. AC stopped working in the middle of the night  my sheets were stained and pillowcases were stained, remote  idnn¿t work and I called the front desk at night and spoke to a   gentlemanan and he did nothing to fix it and hotel employee        also          

They are simply price gouging. As one guet told me she was paying $86 for her room. I am a choice member but I didn¿t use my membership here but I will not stop till I get some type of refund because they were price gouging and the room was notworth 600$

Everything. Gave me dirty room. Staff was rude. Charged me twice and then said they couldn¿t give a refund. I am very upset because I had my daughter with me and I just wanted a nice getaway

Nothing it was horrible and falsely advertised

Did not have amenities advertised. Refrigerator sounded like a jet plane. Door frame to bathroom had shards of wood sticking out where someone kicked it in. Rude staff. No breakfast. Smelt of smoke in a non- smoking room. Management did not care.

The front office staff was wonderful,she was very helpful in everything I needed.Easy directions and easy to find.Housekeeping service personnel were friendly.

Bathroom toilette had a bad smell. Sheets had stains on them. Internet service was interrupted and slow at times. The room next to mine, the door was kept slightly open to seem as if it was closed- my 2 night stay.I felt uneasy about that.
