Spacious suite

It did not have ice or ice machines available not where to get a drink of water

Just the location

The hotel is old and rooms were gross . Bed sheets were dirty had to have them bring new bedsheets upon check in. Smells like mold. Will not ever use this hotel !

Room size is great for families. Two bedrooms and a kitchen made a long trip easy.

AC in the Master Bedroom did not cool as much as other parts of the room.

Just the breakfast and sometimes dinner.Honestly never taking dinner in any hotel.

Beds are small & only suitable for kids. They deducted $150 from my account. They claimed that we stained their pillow with our hair dye.I intend to seek legal representation.My family will undergo a hair test to addres this issue.Investigatin is still on

Location, full kitchen

The food and coffee

Loved the suite and the fact that it had a full kitchen which gave the feeling that you were home. Very comfortable and well laid out.

There was nothing we did not like. The room was cleaned every day. All personnel we spoke to was friendly and receptive to all of our needs.

Kitchen

The hotel has no cameras or securtiy at night. Our work van was stolen and all of our tools. We were told another vehicle was stolen the night before.

Location

Filthy. Carpet through out the hotel is disgusting. Dust covers many surfaces. Hair in both bathroom & kitchen sink

Room and cleanliness

Staff was courteous but not friendly. They smiled but didn¿t engage you, it wasn¿t welcoming. It was superficial ¿niceness¿, not genuine and they were more into talking with each other.

Carpet in bathroom area needs immediate cleaning

Nice staff good meal and accessible to all the fun places.

The living area bed was not comfortable the elevator was out of uses for days.

Very friendly staff, clean with trash cans and sanitation wipes near every elevator and entrance. Rooms were very spacious.

Room size was great and pillows and bed comfortable location a great ! Pool not open nor any other common areas... in a state that is wide open and COVID is no longer a concern

Room wasn¿t ready when we arrived at 5pm... floor of room very dirty, my son spilled some water and as I wiped it up my white napkin was dark grey with dirt. Very little utensils in kitchen .. few butter knives, 2 spoons, no bowls or measuring cups and

Very accommodating to my needs both pre and post surgery.  director of sales went above and beyond in helping post surgery.

No decaf coffee in the room

Space was more than comfortable and free breakfast was above expectations.

Floors were dirty, needed sweeping and restroom sticky.

Room size, cleanliness, and evening social.

That it was clean

Most items on breakfast counter were lukewarm to cold. Not good choice of donuts(plain cake)or muffins (none). Area were food located small everyone bumping into one another.

Rooms were spacious with promised amenities

Renovations were in progress at the hotel premises. This was not mentioned at the time of booking

The room was so spacious. Also, the complimentary breakfast is one of the best I've had. The Happy Hour from 5:30-7:30 could actually serve as a dinner to some with the quantity of food and beverages served. Very nice.

The pool is on the modest size, but it served it's purpose.
