The hotel is located in a great walking area.

There were roaches flying out of the vents. The room wouldn’t get “cool” until 2 am even with the thermostat set at 65 all day. I had to pull the door hard to ensure it would close. We had to get are room keys activated at least four times.

Beds were very comfortable. Room was spacious. Step outside and down steps to Riverwalk. 10 min walk to Alamo. Breakfast had a large variety of food.

Valet parking $50 per night but I realize this is standard in Riverwalk area.

Some of the staff I spoke with was great but I don?t know about the others because they didn?t speak English

I didn?t like that there wasn?t any parking. It was all valet parking

Big rooms

Breakfast was not great. Very few choices.

Valet parking was nice. Free breakfast was standard. It is walking distance to a lot of downtown attractions.

The mattress was a little hard.

The guest room was roomy and clean.

The lobby restroom was dirty. The breakfast is so so. In fact it's not as good as one of the Hampton Inns in Austin area I stayed the day before. when I ask the front desk to add my Hilton Honor number, she expressed displeasure.

Location along river!

It was slightly run down inside. The entrance from street level was very confusing.

The rooms were spacious and clean! The bed was very comfortable! Destiny at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and sweet. Hotel employee was a JOY during breakfast; her attitude and helpfulness made the experience extra pleasurable every morning.

our room leaked the hallways leaked dirty sheets an old food in cabinets from other guess trash in the couches an took 45minutes to get my car the day of departure an vallet drove my reckless an still waiting for management to call me back

Location

Valet service bad, hotel is old, rooms not so great or comfy.

The rooms were big and really nice. But the best thing was employee at the front desk. We were traveling with a large family group and she was so helpful at check in. The next day She stored all our luggage cheerfully and took our family photo.

The breakfast was not great.

older building with plumbing issues.Had to switch rooms because banging pipes kept us awake most of the night.

Bathroom was very dated and had strong sewer smell. It could use some fixture updates.

The hotel is in perfect walking distance to the river walk and Alamo. The staff, especially hotel employee was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and spacious. The valet service was very helpful in an area where parking is so limited.

The showers are older and a little narrow.
