Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Airport

It was safe inside, friendly staff, clean, good free breakfast. Big and open like the Luxor on the inside of the hotel. Big hotel room.

Outdated room needed new carpets and furniture. You have to pay for parking, blah!

The employee who checked us in wasn’t welcoming at all. Very serious, short responded and not even a “thank you” did she say.

Breakfast was delicious, but they lick the doors at exactly 9:00! I went back to top off my coffee and couldn’t at 9:03.

-Parking was a BIG issue. The lot is not big enough for all the guests when big trucks take up 2-3 spaces. I had to park out by Enterprise. We didn’t stay downtown because we didn’t want to worry about parking- but it happened anyway. And we paid $10!

The people were friendly, especially the gentleman making the omlette.

The carpet was super dirty, and I was disappointed in the snacks for happy hour.

I like Embassy suites and have stayed here many times .

I would like for the breakfast to start earlier on Saturday/ Sunday maybe as early as 7

Charges for parking and my vehicle got broken into. Along with my belongings stolen.

Friendly service and very clean rooms

The only thing I was surprised with was the paid parking. We have stayed here before and this is the first time we had to pay. Plus, we had a hard time finding a parking space.

The location was good; easy to access

Self pay parking on their property is $20 per day; ugh! :( That's ridiculous/ a bit of a rip-off in our opinion. The rooms are dated for sure. They need a better daily rate.

Yea staff are rude and ungrateful truck was broken into on their premises asked if it was a bad neighbor they said no they lied

I like that the hotel was very clean and the rooms where very big.

I did not like that my room was hot, A/C was not cold, had to wait until it as dark outside for it to feel decent.

Amazing breakfast and great location

the front desk was unpleasant upon arrival, but more importantly when our room was having a/c issues. When we asked him about the status he asked in a rude voice, ?Well did you put a ticket in?? Completely unnecessary aggression.

the evening reception was great and I loved the breakfast I also signed up for Hilton rewards

Very nice entry making it feel very high end..

There was a live roach on the wall and the bathroom door was being worked on, but never got finish before we went to our room..

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was outstanding.

My first night was terrible. I attempted to check in around 2PM. I booked a handicap room with a roll in shower. I checked in they sent me to two rooms and neither was a handicap rooms. I said I would be back at 11PM. I went to 2 rooms that wasn't handic

Location

It was dirty, old, the floor in the bathroom was broken, the carpet in all the room was dirty. It says that they only clean each 4 days, what I found disgusting.

The breakfast buffet was great. The room that we were in was clean but they refilled the shampoo and conditioner bottles.

There were no food/restaurant near the area so we have to drive to get it. The a/c in our room wasn¿t cool enough to feel comfortable.

Large rooms. Close to the airport.

Most of the staff I encountered were aloof, and did not care about the guests. They would stand around talking to each other and you needed to say "excuse me" to get their attention. A very poor experience overall. And the hotel is very old.
