Nothing couldnt stay there and was still charged and screwed over

Everything. It was disgusting, missing vital pieces in the floors and ceilings, bathroom was flooded and water leaking everywhere

No Washer and Dryers Machines,roaches everywhere,never clean the rooom,they never sweep or mop the floor.

There was nothing to like about this hotel.

Many things were wrong with this hotel. 1. Booked a single king bed room -Was given a room with two beds. 2. The Room -Wooden room floor were lifting and peeling, water damaged. -Lamps in room were broken, smell of smoke in room

They had roaches in the bed I had to move to a new hotel altogether!

The staff was nice and friendly.

Better price for solo traveler like me. Good for overnight stay of a a day or two. Microwave and refrigerator are definitely a plus for the price. Bed and the sheets were clean. Overall it is good and affordable for short stay.

Only one light in the room apart from one in bathroom and the wash basin. No coffee in the room is probably ok, but not sure if it is available in the lobby. I had to ask for it, especially in the evening.

This is the worst room ever. No hot water. Toilet did not flush. Beds were dirty. Holes in the walls,ceiling,furniture is broken. Sink is broken. Smells nasty. Just an awful place to stay,never book here

I hated everything

The floors looked new, and the beds looked nice. Right outside the army base within walking distance of a decent mexican restaurant.

Picked this for the free breakfast, which they do not offer anymore. The door were original (1950's) with paint pealing off and panels broken and just painted over. Stains on the walls. High screach when water used next door, shower not hot.

Close to the AFB and stores

Lack of hot water, sink faucet did not have good water stream due to leaking issue, toilet did not flush properly and was a little backed up

Location

This hotel should be condemned. It¿s old run down and falling apart. They didn¿t have my room that I booked and on top of that they had to give me three different rooms before they found one that wasn¿t falling in. The didn¿t have continental breakfast .

Room 102 very clean, microwave, dry hair, security box perfect!

I did not like my experience at the hotel there was roaches blood stains on the carpet the beds were not dressed with clean sheets it was horrible

UK was charged $48.97 but the hotel cancelled because I booked online and it was a third party had to search. elseqhere

Inexcusably dirty just general trash about the property. Garbage cans files the the brim and fast food containers, cigarette butts and anything else you can think of. Roaches and poorly done remodel

I did not like anything about this hotel.

The room was not clean. There were roaches in the room and stains on the bed. The facilities were not clean. There was trash in the pool.

Hotel was better than expected, San Antonio staff i very good and polite. Very safe location next to Air Force Base

This hotel needs to be condemned. There were cockroaches, love electric wires, holes in the doors, ceiling panels just missing, the toilet didn¿t work. There were drug dealers in the parking lot at all hours and and people in and out of rooms all night

Room had roaches no smoke alarm ceiling tiles were falling down water kept going from hot to cold to extremely hot room was dirty. Will never stay here again

The location was pretty good, nice and close to base and the guy who checked us in was really friendly.

There were roaches everywhere! Crawling on one of the beds, Crawling all over the walls, the floor was severely rotting in the bathroom, there was garbage all over outside of the room. It was the worst hotel I've ever been to.
