Room phone had no phone cord so I was unable to make any calls nor call the front desk.

Nothing at all

The room was dirty, stinky and look like a work in progress. We left one night short of staying there. The microwave haven?t been cleaned in a long time. It was dirty and filthy, what a shame.

Location

Being harassed by staff, the roaches in the room, and never even being offered fresh towels the entire time there

Nothing....dirty sheets, pillow covers, stained sheets and pillow cases, dirty floor, tub, shower curtain, bathroom floor, fridge did not work, safe sitting on a bloc, water flowing like a water fountain fron the light fixturein the bath room.i have pics

Every thing was didcussting.

Everything. It was old ,not very clean, stained sheets, hair in bed ,false eyelash on bathroom floor..rust in bathroom, main door not shutting all the way.. The pool was disgusting bird feathers floating.no breakfast when advertised there was n shuttle

Water at the top of the toilet when flushed. The stained/dirty tub. The loose pit bull wandering/sleeping on a hotel blanket in front of the room a few doors down. The coffee pot with dry grounds in the water reservoir. No breakfast but nice pics on

Absolutely nothing

The room smelled horrible, the refrigerate has roaches, the mattress had bed bugs and when I asked for a refund I was declined because the Manager offered another room. Why would I want another rodent infested room?!?!?!?

On the website it says there was breakfast but you¿re not even allowed in the lobby area, it remains locked.

Nothing, literally nothing.

The hotel wasn't as advertised. We reserved a non-smoking room and were promised breakfast with our reservation. When we arrived, there was no breakfast offered, our room smelled like smoke, the room itself was filthy with mosquitos and gnats.

Staff friendly and professional. It¿s pretty much what I expected from a last minute reservation at a budget hotel, but it was a lifesaver being able to have a safe, clean, quiet place to rest last minute. Room was clean.

When I checked in and went in the room, it had hair and duty on the sheets. Also the mattress had wet marks and duty. The cover sheets were duty as well. It seemed that they used the same sheets a multiple times. It was not like the pictures when booked.

Staff not helpful. Hung up on me when I was asking for directions. TV remote didn't work and they acted like it was an imposition to bring a replacement. WiFi didn't work and they were dismissive about helping get it fixed.

Room needs to be renovated. Did not meet standards for service including towels, ice bucket tray, curtains was ripped. No ashtray for smoking room, no free breakfast available

No elevator. Pool has nasty looking water. The pool is not clean like the pictures. Across the street is a overpass with lots of homeless people. Parking lot dirty.

Not much other than the location for my needs.

The room was not painted well. Had patches of white paint where they did repairs. Couldn't get the coffee pot to work until the next day and there was no coffee in the room nor face towels or wash cloths. Room was musky and the bed was terrable.

OMG! This is the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. The room was awful! There was an adjoining door that really creeped me out.I was so scared,I pushed a piece of heavy furniture in front of it!The bed mattress felt like I was in a bounce house

The hotel seems nice from the outside. The room was terrible! Holes in the floor board, patched holes on the wall and may have had bullet holes in the walls also. Linen was dirty, the place was just not well kept.

The staff is just out for money. They tried to get me to pay additional $20 for a smoking room. Which he chose not to charge me for because the room had cigarette burns on the cabinets and end tables already. Next to train tracks.
