Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio Downtown/Market Square

Location was perfect for the race I was participating in.

Construction made the entrance difficult find, but this was no fault of the hotel. Just something to be aware of.

It was a good location for what I was in town for. Nice friendly staff. Very clean.

The location was just blocks from a lot of homeless and a rundown neighborhood. Also there was construction with lane closures near by.

check in time was at 4pm,after driving all day had to wait because rooms weren't ready because of late checkout, according to hotel checkout is 12pm. We were not told that if we want our room cleaned, it was available only by request only.

the air conditioner is so loud that is keeps you awake at night. There is no way to turn the thing off so it was very annoying.

I have stayed here a few times in the past and parking used to be free but they¿ve started charging.

The ac was leaking water onto the floor. After 2 nights the carpet was saturated. I don't discover it until packing to leave. I advised during checkout and the said they knew about it. Hmm. Limited bar hours.

The pullout couch was most uncomfortable and not really sure two adults could have spent an entire night on it. I slept in the very middle of its bed because that was the only place that felt like it had support.

It was clean and nice and close to downtown.

The amenities were lacking. We had to ask for every little thing, from towels to hand soap. There was no free breakfast and not even free coffee in the lobby. The hallways were hot and muggy.

Cleanliness; comfort of beds and pillows;

No complimentary breakfast and no decaf tea. Morning staff at desk was rude to my sister. Did not like being charged for parking, especially without being told up front.

Easy access to location and staff was very helpful and secure location

Not enough luggage carts availability and I think they open the restaurant and bar to keep the guest right there

Didn't like the fact that you charge for parking when renting a room and the hallways to the room hot as hell

The mattress on the bed was extremely hard and me nor my wife got a good night's rest.

it needs maintance, repaint and air refresheners in the hallways, more variety in the restaurant, the courtyard needs maintance

Staff was super accommodating.if we needed anything they were right on it.

Bathroom was a little outdated and did not get service in our room during 4 day stay maybe due to covid.

The idea or concept property attempted at one time to implement but no longer effectively attempts to achieve.
