Hampton Inn & Suites San Antonio Brooks City Base Area

it was clean and had all that would expect of a Hampton inn.

We arrived thirty minutes late for our check in and our room was not ready. That was the case for several people who were also waiting in the lobby for their rooms to be ready. We had to change in the lobby bathroom for an event we needed to attend.

Breakfast was good

Room had a moldy smell to it. The restroom air vent looked like it had never been cleaned, EVER¿

Clean room and good breakfast.

The hotel did not have any security in place. My vehicle was vandalized along with four other vehicles. I won't be staying at this hotel in the future.

Wheelchair accessible room was spacious including shower!

Some Hampton Inn¿s offer full breakfasts. We stay there as one of those reasons. The particular Hampton Inn did not. We were not impressed with the grab and carry food items. There were other issues.

Beds were comfy including the comforter

Our bathrooms stunk a little bit.

Beds were very comfortable, rooms very clean. No hot breakfast but they had grab n go boxes with 2 eggs, yogurt, bagel, cream cheese, orange juice or coffee. Recommend

the bed frame was broken and collapsed in the middle. Very easy to identify when i walked into room. Let front desk know but they were in willing to change rooms or refund me. I didn't stay and left the hotel. I went to a competitor nearby.

Modern decor and wonderful free bfast! Comfy beds too!!!

Altho the bathroom is very updated and fresh towels folded fresh on shelves near sink, I found 2 face towels folded nicely with long hair wrapped into folds!! Nasty nasty... did not use them and checked all towels after that.

Great staff at all hours of the day. Clean rooms and clean pool. Different selection for breakfast everyday.

People in the next room were extremely loud. Staff did nothing. Service was poor at best

Walls were super thin. We could hear the tv next door like it was in our room. Loud footsteps overhead.

Rooms were super clean, lots of towels. Guy at the reception was awesome and it was a breeze checking in. Pool looked clean as well, although we didn’t get to take a dip.. Will definitely stay here again.
