Just the cleanliness

the matress is hard like a wall, i ended up with terrible body /spine pain , i am unable to walk properly just after 2 days , i cannot sleep or bend, my hips and back, neck is terrible inflamed .The food is horrible, egg has water in it , cold food

What I like best about this hotel is that there isn't a lot of traffic flowing through the hotel. Feels very safe and is pretty quiet. The same front desk clerk welcomed us both times and was very helpful!

Not really

The room we reserved was not available, but the lady at the front desk got us an air mattress and bedding to help us have enough room to sleep. She was very sweet and helpful.

Friendliness of the staff.

AC vent in room was low under the window and blew air directly into ones face. No levers to change wind direction coming from the unit. Very annoying and uncomfortable. But that was my only dissatisfaction, Everything else was excelllent!

Housekeeping kept on knocking on the door even though a do not disturb sign was on the outside door knob. Rude, loud and obnoxious pounding twice in one morning.

Horrible customer service

I booked a room for my daughter (18) and my sister (36) to stay the night so they wouldn't drive back at night. They would not let them check in. They also would not let me get a refund.

Only place me and my wife stay at, when we're in San Antonio, no matter how far we have to drive. The staff is so helpful and nice, the facilities are always clean.

Had to leave.

We love it here. very clean, comfy rooms and beds. Nice pool and workout space. They have snacks and drinks in lobby reasonable prices if you get a craving or need bottle water.

Traffic could be bad in the area at certain times, not a hotel issue.
