Everything I needed was conveniently close.

Rug was very sticky. Needs to be replaced. Couldn¿t walk barefoot. Also a better lock on door.

All right let me tell you about my time here hospitality was phenomenal and the staff accommodated me in every which way very helpful as far as where to go to the stores and shopping and stuff like that very accessible as far as location !

Not that clean and old drugs dags in the dresser and had trash behind the nightstand just wasn't that clean not a place where i can take my kids anymore after they seen drug bags

There were no rooms available when I arrived I attempted to get a full refund and was not able to. No complementary toothbrushes.

Distance to the Medical District

No pool, no laundry, charged more for the room booked

The bed was extremely uncomfotable. The door to the room was hard to keep closed. And the air conditioner was blowing cool but not cold air.

water from 2nd floor filters to 1st floor. had to shower very carefully to not spill any water on the floor. lock didn’t worked properly, we struggled opening the door. a lot of noise outside we couldn’t rest. called front desk no answer.

It’s was dirty, it smelled and the carpet was sticky. I think it should be cleaned better. The mini fridge had a roach in it.

Dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. Front desk was a nice guy. One of the beds had sheets that didn’t have stains. The place had clearly not been vacuumed for quite a while. Hairs in the shower and even hair clumps in the clean towels. I knew it was a budget hotel, but I’ve stayed in many extended stay America and motel6 types and had a much better experience. Every once in a while with those you’d have a bad one. But this OYO for sure I’d never stay again it was so filthy dirty.

We usually stay here when we have Dr. Appts or when we have to stay in close by hospital. I appreciate them to set us up downstairs as my husband is handicap.

They only think I liked about this place was where it was located. There's tons of stuff near by plus it was close to my family and everything I had to do was completed in a timely manner.

I selected this hotel because it was highly rated as far as being clean. When I arrived, I couldn't even get into the front lobby because it was always locked. The room was filthy. The sheets had cigarette holes in them, and they were stained. The carpet was horrendous. It smelled, and it was not vacuumed right, and it also had cigarette burns and paint stains. The room was supposed to be a smoke-free room! What I was most disgusted by was when i was going to use a towel i opened it up and there was hair still in the towel and it was stained. I complained to the person at the front desk, and they just gave me more sheets that were stained they also said the manager would contact me, but they never did. I went out first thing the next morning and bought new sheets, fabreeze and arm and hammer carpet odor eliminator. Worst stay ever!

The rooms look so old and maybe the dorms are clean but the facilities are really old and I could say that they don’t give maintenance t
