Homewood Suites by Hilton Lackland AFB/Sea World

I loved the cleanliness and friendliness of the hotel.The rooms and beds were really comfortable as well. The kitchen area was great and had a full size refrigerator with a freezer which was great.

I would not say i didnt like but the breakfast could be improved.

It was super clean & the continental breakfast was better than I?ve had at other locations

I liked the location. Very close to the freeway, lots of restaurants in the area and close to all of my activities. Also, the Wednesday night happy hour was excellent and the breakfast was good.I

I was very disappointed that there was not a business center, as advertised. I left my computer at home thinking that I would be able to use the one at the hotel. That was an inconvenience to me because I had to depend on someone else for a computer.

The breakfast and the gym equipment

I was double billed and it took me 3 days plus to get my funds back. It took money away from stay budget. Wasnt happy.

The suite was very spacious and the full kitchen was a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast featured a wide variety of items and staff kept it clean and replenished as needed.

The location was close to our event and the morning breakfast was great. The staff were very nice.

The hotel seemed a little dated and lived in. Needs a refresh.

The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating.(domonique and the lady with glasses) Beautiful lobby. Great breakfast. Nice Christmas decorations. Excellent gym and nice pool.

Room 402: sticky floors, bad carpet smell, mildew odor coming from the both air-conditioning vents and garbage left in the cabinets. No crib for babies. Construction is rampant during the weekdays and all the lots surrounding the property.

The layout of the rooms were nice. Staff was courteous and breakfast was good.

The room was dated while dirty with concrete staining on floors, dirty carpet, bathtub and sink area. I was disappointed with my choice in staying spending money there. Staff did not wear masks as to follow the sign to wear masks for guests upon entry.

The hotel was close to Seaword.

Wifi and cable tv did not work.

I enjoyed the location and the hotel was super clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly.

The breakfast could have been better. It was a box breakfast and did not look appetizing.

FAST CHECK IN

AFTER GETTING BACK TO HOUSTON I REALIZED THAT I HAD FORGOT MY SNEAKERS. I CALLED THEM AND IT TOOK THEM 2 DAYS TO GE ME AN ANSWER THAT THEY WERE NOT TURNED IN. I KNOW FOR A FACT I FORGOT THEM THERE AND NOW I KNOW THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF FOUND AND KEPT THEM.

The room itself was very clean. Nice location. Very close to SeaWorld and many restaurants near the hotel.

I expected a larger room for a studio as described in my itinerary. However, for the price it was spacious enough for my family.

Staff was great, room was very clean and well taken care of.

The hotel was very nice and extremely clean. Our room was exceptional to the point I felt like I was at home. The staff could not have been anymore pleasant or helpful taking care of all our needs.

The hotel did not provide shuttle service to the San Antonio airport. Taxi fee one way was $39.00.

Location. Room was big enough for a family of four. Courteous front desk staff.

Sunday's breakfast was running low on food. Staff too slow on bringing out more food, but other than that, I would recommend the hotel. It was quiet at night, bed was comfortable, clean, and spacious room.
