It was safe, clean, had paper supplies, and the employees were friendly, helpful and professional

Would have been very nice to have basic toiletries; soap, shampoo or at least some for sale

The owner or manger was a very rude person. Staff was great otherwise but I won’t be return there again

Extra charge for the bed or we can chose the bed when we make reservations. He was just mentioning how many bedrooms and how many people and they give us one bedroom with king size for 2 adultes and 2 kids !

I ended up paying 98 for the room when it said 78

This hotel was very dirty. Bed sheets and mattress very worn. Toilets dirty. And no staff to clean it.

Location and room size

The showers water pressure was good, but was very, very slow to drain causing the water to fill the tub in a matter of minutes.. leaving residue once it finally did drain.

I booked a two queen suite and paid for that. The gave me a king instead and said they had no more rooms and wouldn¿t give me the difference from the room price. Hotel keep saying it was booked by the agent wrong and Shower would not drain.

Yes as soon I began to walk into the hotel I was watched by a few men and was very uncomfortable. I walked to the room and just decided to leave and stay somewhere else. I paid full price for room but I was very uncomfortable to even stay there.

Toilet was slow, almost didn¿t flush. Room did not have pullout couch like was told on phone. No breakfast at hotel like promised online. Very disappointed with hotel and this experience.

The coffee maker had a old filter with mold. I took it down to front desk was told to just rinse it out i insisted on other coffee maker .Toilet did not work wss told maintenance was already gone my daughter had to fill the tank after each us.NOT GOOD

The pool was open and clean. The staff was friendly. They didn’t charge for extra children in the room. Free parking. Service not denied for not wearing a mask. The price for a suite was very low.

Breakfast buffet still closed for COVID.

The hotel itself is not fancy, but the room was clean and comfortable and the location was great. The lobby needs updates and it definitely needs to be clean all the time. Looked dirty.

I messed up on hotel reservation. Should have been for 2 days, my fault, and they did not want to work with me to give me the second day at the same rate, in fact they doubled it. And the lady was not nice.
