That is close to downtown area.

Almost everything from the nasty pool to the rooms. No breakfast, very damaged is not how it looks on pictures.

The helpfulness of the staff. Always willing to go out of their way to make sure that guests are comfortable. They (the staff) are the only reason I’d recommend staying here.

Online advertising has breakfast included with the stay. But in actuality no hot breakfast at alll.

The hotel was under renovation which would have been nice to know ? Hardly any staff or other guests had to ask for everything nothing was available

The room was ok but this was nothing like it shows online

Well there was no pool it was under construction, no breakfast even though when I book it said breakfast

Dirty carpet, hole in ceiling, no smoke detector, no breakfast, no pool, bugs in room, only 1 towel provided tho I requested more, people tried to check into room while I was there, no additional lock on door, no drawer or closet, no chair at desk

No secondary lock on bad door, no smoke detector, no face towels, no 2nd roll of toilet paper, ice box no working, no tv remote in room, and my room was rented out while we were in the room and a person entered while we were dressing.

Not much they advertised a continental breakfast and there wasn't anything available at any time in the morning, no food at all. The elevator to second floor was out the whole time and they tried placing us up there until I told them about my 97 year old

Also, the laundry room was taken over by their linens and towels. We never got any washcloths to wash body with as well other room renters didn't either. Had to go without complimentary soap, shampoo and had to ask for towels Toilet run on/off all time.

Even though breakfast is advertised online there was no breakfast no towels in our room room needed vacuumed sheets were stained

Cheap, gave us used of half of toilet paper, & half donuts, & most sadly half of donut holes! Are ya kidding me! Ya should be ashamed of ya selves. Will not stay there again.

The room was very dirty and nothing worked the TV or coffee machine

The whole experience stay, Room was dingy. Towels were hard to the touch, felt like a lined dried towel. Room was not cleaned, or to replace towels. Ran out of HOT WATER!! continental breakfast-the worst ever.

Pool not in service. Elevator broken..4 seniors on 2nd floor with luggage walkimg!!

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel.

Walked in and was not even greeted, gave me the keys and went to the room, first off the tv did not work and I expressed that to the front but they didn?t care (it was never fixed) there was black mold in the restroom, my allergies were messed up.

Woke up to a bedbug by my head. Looked under the mattress and found 5 more big ones. Told management at checkout and they said ?yeah we?ve been having some problems with that.? are you kidding. Car horns going off all night in the parking lot

Free continential breakfast. Clean, no bugs. All hotel essentials provided.

Currently under renovations so smell of wet paint. Shower head could not be adjusted. Unfortunately, a neighboring room had a visitor at 5 am so I was awoken before my desired time. Originally was booked to an occupied room, but turned around on floor.

The room a/c was cold.

The a/c was not working outside our room. The elevator did not work . The hallway smelled of marijuana. The pool was empty of water.

The staffing provided immediate assistance when it was necessary.

The room was small and did not have closet. There were bugs that had to be spayed. The breakfast area was not staffed and did not open as advertised.

Room spell like mold, breakfast food was either none or hardly any, bringing the food was taking long.

The bed has bed bugs!! Both my husband & me got bed bug bites!! The bed was dirty & had stains. Most of the place was dirty.

Floor was not level vents are hanging down. Food was cold and not much to pick from. I would put this a 2 star hotel
