Quality Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport - Red Oak

Beds were comfy, pillows soft, bathroom and whole room was clean and spacious.

The location was great!

The continental breakfast was very low budget. The sausage patti and the little egg omelette seem like they were out of a box and microwaved.Saw a roach go across the nightstand.

Breakfast was terrible. Building needs maintenance. Curtains torn, mold or dirt in shower, and room area getting run down. This is not what i expected from Holiday Inn Express, as I have stayed in others that were top notch. Probably because of franchis

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Front Desk was helpful in one instance (getting phone to work) but not in another (getting a wake up call via the room phone or the room alarm clock).

Breakfast was not great, just okay. Did not have any oatmeal or granola options. No fruit but oranges. Apples or bananas would have been nice. Coffee was not good. In my room, the bathroom needs some grout and tile work. Kruerig machine in the room needed cleaning. I did not use it as there was a white residue in the place to add the water. Was there for several days, but no one came in and emptied the trash, made the bed, or left fresh towels. The fitness room was almost nonexistent--two treadmills and two ellipticals was all. The water dispenser was empty. The TV could be heard, but there was no picture.

The breakfast was not very good. The reason we stayed here is the other Holiday inn express hotel & suites had an amazing breakfast.

Breakfast was very good. Good location, but hard to get to the first time.

The hotel had a very bad smell, the breakfast selection was not as expected. We have recently stayed at two different Holiday Inn Express Hotels and the breakfast was much better. The beds were full size not queens and they were not as comfortable as the other two locations we stayed the two previous weeks. The carpet throughout the hotel was stained and the upkeep of the hotel has not been priority.

Clean room and kind staffs. Breakfast is good.
