Had a working microwave and an okay shower

All the rooms they put us in didn’t have a worrying freezer and wasted all the food we bout to cook and melted the icecreeam

Even under construction the hotel was clean, well maintained, and we did not hear any noise.

The pool and hot tub were fine. We swam and kids enjoyed it. It seemed a little dirty both in the pool and around, but it is outdoors which makes it tough to maintain.

The pool hot tub is broken with caution tape, lots of mosquitoes

The breakfast was up to the make with clean and good variety of food

This is an older hotel in the process of updating. It was quiet, clean, smelled clean, rooms were fantastic, staff was exceptional. Breakfast they served far exceeds any I have seen lately. Staff was amazing & went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Absolutely nothing

Location, breakfast, hot showers, staff, and lighting of the parking lot.

The room floor was dirty and the bed closes to the door was uncomfortable.

Close to the Riverwalk, good breakfast. Two TV's in separate rooms was a treat.

The hotel was great. Trafic around the hotel was aweful for a holiday weekend, during a football game, cosplay convention near by kind of weekend.

Super clean and the breakfast is way much complete than oher hotels! Great staff too.

Close to river walk and great for parking

Aging a little doors going into the room and interior doors open close poorly. The main issue bathroom door would not latch and would pop open with someone walking by. The room into the room had to be pulled very hard or slammed to close

Our single king room was split into 2 areas by placing the bath and kitchenette in-between giving us a lounge and bedroom each with a tv...loved it...staff was super considerate and friendly... awesome location to downtown San Antonio. Will visit again

Parking was horrible, to many cars were double parking. I had to park out in the street

The actual tub had a patch which made it feel loose and unsafe when showering

Room was smelling weird, tiles are broken. It doesn?t look as nice as the pics they show.

Clean, great price, and breakfast was better than any hotel that I've stayed in.

The staff was great and the location was good.

The elevator was the slowest I ever experienced, for all 5 days of my trip. The hotel has seen better days. For example, several floir tiles in my bathroom were horribly cracked. Step it up Holiday Inn. This place badly needs a total upgrade.

the location for my event

a little outdated, could use better breakfast options like waffle maker or better cooked sausage the turkey sausage looked under cooked.

Breakfast was good and plenty of variety. Overall nice place to stay, friendly check in.

Loved that it clean, quiet the free breakfast was a plus.
