We paid $--- for one night, this did not include breakfast, the coffee was terrible and we were charged for parking at a hotel we already paid a large amount for. That seems sketchy to find out after you get to the hotel you have to pay even more money

It was clean.

It always felt humid in the room. I don?t think this hotel should be a charge for breakfast hotel. It falls more in the category of a free continental breakfast hotel. The hotel is older with outdated decor.

The SURPRISE charges for parking. Making reservations I wanted all charges and fees upfront and paid. When we arrived and checking in we were told of SURPRISE fee for parking.

The elevator and halls were super hot! I would get sweaty getting down to the lobby. I never sweat! And here I sure did. They charge to park $10 Daily and it?s just a regular parking with no security or anything. It?s a parking like any holiday hotel.

Location was convenient

Nothing was included, parking, wifi, breakfast were all extra fees. Lobby was updated but upstairs was all peeling wallpaper and damaged furniture.

Issues with trash not being removed, things not working ( elevator, hot tub), room had mold, no room service as offered on web site.

Our room was awful. It was dirty! The couches were so gross, we put extra blankets on them to sit on the couches. The sofa bed was disgusting. The mattress looked like a murder scene. The TV in the suite did not work. The hot tub was cold. Not worth it!!

Great location you can walk to several restaurants. Hotel is extra clean.

No one was at the bar to wait on us , also the front desk I was sprace and elevators was really slow .

Location of this hotel was nice.

Not pleased with the fact that the swimming pool was closed and the hidden environmental fees they tack on to your bill when you check out.

I am paying $--- for one night at this Hilton Hotel. We tried to plug in our phones to charge and sparks came out of the outlet. The refrigerator didn't work, the entryway light didn't work, we had a hole in the bathroom where water was coming out.

The staff does not communicate with each other, the maids came twice before checkout and again before late checkout. I had called the front desk and asked that we not be disturbed, but they still came. I don¿t feel like the room was worth $---, very worn

The location is close to everything

They need security on the parking lot somebody damaged my door handle and got Inside my truck. Inside the hotel they need to clean the carpet they have a funky smell the wall from the room they were dirty,the remote control from the tv had food

The young lady running the lobby desk was rude and impatient. I could barely hear her through mask, understandable, but when asking what she said she blurted, ¿I had already said¿¿ She was talking AT me not with me. She needs better comm skills!

The staff were very nice and friendly. Even with the issues with the room they were on top of it trying to find solutions.

The hotel reviews listed it as very clean it was anything but. It was very dirty. I had to change rooms three times before getting a clean room.
