There is nothing to like about the hotel the staff are rude and there are far too many inconveniences of this hotel

There was no water in the swimming pool the staff was rude and inattentive and no help at all

The staff there were liars, judgmental and very rude.worst service I’ve had from a hotel . They did not want to work with us. Just very low class and unprofessional

Absolutely nothing

The place was incredible dirty. We lost power and the employees did not provide any assistance. There was a beeping sound in the room and i asked for assistance and they said yeah thats because of the power and we had to sleep all night with the beaping

The room was very comfortable and the two men I wish I knew their name were very friendly and they made a person feel welcome..I would stay there again and their price per night isn't bad.. thank you

Room was nasty microwave broken which they replaced 2day before check They didn't offer to switch rooms until 1day before check out

This hotel was in the hands of someone who was putting the minimum to keep it, running, in both terms of personnel, and especially maintenance! only one of the two door locks worked, toilet seat, held on by one bolt.. you know the drill if you travel.

Nothing, it was filthy.

I have lodged a formal complaint against this hotel including photographs showing the lack of basic sanitation at this hotel. I have demanded a full refund due to lack of cleanliness and overall deceit that the hotel was listed as 2.5 instead of a 1.

We didn¿t die

Everything. The room provided a roof over our head when we didn¿t want to drive all the way back to Austin at midnight but the condition of the room otherwise was disgusting. I couldn¿t even go to the bathroom.

We had the worst experience ever. As soon we entered hotel it was smelling bad, Elevator was not working, room that we were given had a bad smell that i threw up later they changed the room, washrooms were not clean everything was dusty.

Roaches, cleanliness of room and over all grounds. Security issues.

This hotel is completely unacceptable. There was trash everywhere and the bathrooms were so disgusting. I had booked 4 hotel rooms for my employees and we decided we couldn¿t let them stay there due to the terrible conditions. We ende up having to go.

Everything was disgusting about this hotel. I have plenty of photos as proof that the owners and management at this hotel basically do not care.

The place was filthy! Disgusting. Trash everywhere including a mattress in the parking lot. Tape on our window, dirty sheets & towels. Just gross. Electrical wire hanging across the sidewalk near the pool. You have to walk over it. I won¿t be returning!

I applied and checked the application for room to be paid monthly on a payment plan of $--- and I paid $--- on balance. I tried to submit but entered the wrong check out date .

I liked that the tv was new and the bath worked well.

I did not like that there was no coffee or food of any kind, the bed sheets were stained and there was dry wall dust and paint from the renovations everywhere. While parked there my new truck with less than 1000 miles got a dent in it while I slept.

The location was excellent.

This hotel was very nasty and had crackheads walking in and out of the hotel all night long, will not use this hotel again it was horrible.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I like that it had queen size bed, and a full-size refrigerator.

It was truly bare-bones. There was no coffee maker, limited number of rough towels, nothing extra. There was also not even coffee available downstairs. The hallway carpet was stained badly. They were renovating, so I think this will get better.

Nothing it was terrible

Rude staff, room was filthy with blood on the bedding, broken door lock, and disabled smoke detector. Staff was rude and seemed put out to have to check guests in I was there less than 20 minutes before I left and booked a different hotel
